Would skeleton monsters be resistant to fire, or to lava?
Whenever I think lava and skeletons, I think of the horrifying time Bowser went into lava and came out as Dry Bowser. By that logic, skeletons should equal immune, but that’s only if they’re in some kind of Super Mario timeline. Which I’d totally be into, by the way. Otherwise, they wouldn’t stand a chance against lava.
As for fire, though! I think they have a huge tolerance for it. Their bones aren’t regular bones -- they’re magic bones -- so I think it’s safe to say that you could hold a lighter to their bones and it wouldn’t really phase them. They can still feel heat, but the sensation is pretty dulled compared to that of a human. Being like... engulfed in flames might be a different story, though. I think that if you hold the fire there long enough, it could start to hurt.
......Am I the only one envisioning the skeletons as firemen now?
