Out of order, not functioning well enough!. .Error. After the yearly exams finished which is almost the same as a personal offseason, I admittedly have been struggling to get back into the swing of things. My diet is going great eating anything and everything, you know to keep the mental muscle going strong. Now one week later it is time to take matters to the gym again. It's not easy. We all go through it at one stage or another where you have to do less of one thing in order to focus on another. Time as always is a juggle, but the mornings have started working better and better, now just to slowly get the fitness back. I am currently also fighting a little backache that keeps popping it nasty little reminder out every once in a while. Nothing too serious though. The long hard road to normality and then some is starting today, I started very slowly with some low volume cardio exercises and am currently only doing twenty minutes on the little stair climber (at least for this week) the bicycle Im worried may sting in the back department. and then to ensure the health and wonder of the core section. PLANKING yeah never thought I'd advocate it but you have to seriously consider working all angles when you are faced with a possible niggle that keeps sticking its ugly little head out again and again.
