Eclipse's Upgrades
Author’s Note:
Hey, so… long-time, no-see. I’m crawling out of my hole to bring a fanfic in service of The Security Breach Shows, specifically the new Eclipse and Saturn Show. I’ve been a fan of these channels for years, and its high time I give in to my inner fanfic gremlin and write!
Sumary:
Eclipse hates going to get upgraded, so when it's revealed that he's missed several upgrades and needs another urgently, Chica and Saturn grow curious as to why he's so apposed to it. Could it have something to do with his... sensitive motherboard?
WARNING: THIS IS A TICKLE FIC
WARNING: UNINTENTIAL INNUENDOS
Eclipse was cleaning up the tops of the play structures as Saturn cleaned things at the bottom of the play area. They had gotten used to this arrangement after a few weeks of trying it. Saturn was adapting well to normal daycare duties. While her etiquette on how to deal with kids still needed some work, he could tell that the familiar and repetitive routine of preparing and cleaning up every day was comforting to her, and it was something she was getting better at every day. He made sure to tell her every day how well she was doing, normally earning a flustered grunt in response.
Eclipse normally handled cleaning and checking the inside of the play structures, including the bridge, the slides, the pathways and the very tippy tops of the castles and towers. He checked for debris and to see if anything had been broken. He knew Saturn would love to do the same, once expressing that she would like to stand on top of one of the massive structures to exude her power in the daycare. Unfortunately, his large wife wouldn’t even fit inside the tunnels, and even though the play structures could handle a lot at once, the thought of her climbing up the side of it to reach the top terrified him from her sheer weight and determination. The whole play structure could collapse, and didn’t want Saturn to get hurt! Even though it was a shame her size was sometimes detrimental to her, it did give Eclipse an advantage when-
“EEEECLIIIIPSE!”
Ah. There it was. The dreadful call of the little UN-helpful Helpy.
“ECLIPSE, ECLIPSE, ECLIPSE! MY STOCKS! MY STOCKS NEED TO STAY HIGH!”
Eclipse gulped, he knew what that meant.
“Please stop shouting or I will punt you.” Saturn’s deep, nearly deadpan voice echoed from below.
“Oh, no, I will NOT! Eclipse needs an upgrade! It’s VERY important he gets to Parts and Services IMMIDIATELY!” Eclipse could see Helpy hopping up and down, his little stubby arms flailing about as Saturn stood with her arms crossed.
“Dear!” He heard her call to him. “Please come down!”
“On my way!” Eclipse sighed and started walking down a slide, his blue and orange pants bunching up as his legs bent, his shoes causing echoing taps on the inside of the cylinders. He hoped he could convince them he was okay without it for today. If not, well, he wouldn’t make it easy for them.
“Yes, my beautiful queen?” He cooed as he exited the slide, catching the slight, brief blush that spread across Saturn’s face, her voice getting caught in her throat before she could speak.
“ECLIPSE! It’s time to get upgraded! I’ve already let Chica know and she’s waiting for you in Parts and Services!” Helpy ran over to him, squirming in place.
“Oh dear, I don’t know about that.” Eclipse started to twist his body awkwardly as Helpy tried to get behind him to check his system updates. He would never tell Saturn or his friends, but he had skipped several updates over the past few weeks. He knew full-well this was a bad habit of his… but those updates are small and insignificant! He shouldn’t need to stop 2 times a week to have Chica mess with the back of his head!
As Eclipse thought about that UNBEARABLE feeling, Helpy managed to jump juuust high enough to catch a glimpse of Eclipse’s data, and gasped dramatically with his hands to his face.
“Eclipse! Your drivers are over a month old! You need to go, now!” The little bear hopped up and down like a toddler in a tantrum as Saturn took a step toward him, her golden eyes piercing him as her expression hardened.
“Uhm- no thank you!” Eclipse turned and quickly ran back into the structures, feeling his discomfort grow.
It wasn’t just that Parts and Services was where most of his negative memories stemmed from, including Sun and Moon’s as well, but whenever he was strapped down in that chair, and Chica messed with his sensitive wiring, it always filled him with a strange panic. A need to get away from that touch. ‘Sensitive’ is what Chica and the other called it. So far, he had kept himself from fully breaking in that chair with them around, though some of the human staff knew of his secret. He knew it was inevitable that they eventually found out, but it was so embarrassing! Every time he went, he could tell Chica grew more and more curious of his… sensitivities.
He paused as he heard his wife grumble from a few feet below him.
“Your companions have told me many times this is mandatory for your health. I will not have you sabotaging yourself! It is foolish for a soldier to compromise their own means for no good reason! Now come here!” Saturn’s voice boomed from below as Eclipse shuttered.
“I would much prefer we wait! We still need to finish prepping today!” Eclipse tried to argue.
Saturn growled lowly, getting impatient with her love. She did love him very much, but whenever it came to this topic, her scrawny, cute little husband acted more childish than the little soldiers he looked after. The worse part was that she didn’t even fully understand why. Yes, the procedures in the cylinder were uncomfortable for him, but then why resist so valiantly as if defying a corrupt authority? He had been painted, hit, and pulled like a chew-toy between the little soldiers before, so why was this such a big deal? She wanted to understand, she wanted to learn, but she never would with him acting like this. She was too big to enter the structures, and Helpy was too small to drag him anywhere…
“You can’t stay up there forever!” She called, her voice dipping into that warning tone she was known for before her military-esk training took over.
“I know that! I’m not hiding, I’m just cleaning!” Eclipse’s voice shook and trembled like a leaf. The lie as hidden as an elephant in a living room.
Saturn quickly scrubbed through her memory of the last time this issue had come up. Eclipse had gone willingly, but got a little flustered when she mentioned carrying him. This was something they had done several times since, and it seemed to calm his nerves. Perhaps she could use a known weakness of her own that her one-and-only constantly used on her, to get him to comply. Teasing.
“If you do not come down now, I will change my mind about carrying you!” Eclipse froze at the thought.
His blue queen carrying him through the hallways. It had happened before, on rare occasion. He could always feel the warmth of her love penetrating his heart like an arrow from Cupid’s Bow whenever she carried him. During those times he would hear her breathing so clearly, and it acted as a meditation soundtrack as he felt her heartbeat radiate through her strong veins and felt his thin body be surrounded by hers, keeping it safe against the world…
“Oh stars…” He whispered under his breath.
“I’m going to count to 10!” Saturn warned. “And then I’m calling Chica and Foxy to come get you! And I will no longer be carrying you there!” Saturn knew she must’ve done something right because Helpy suddenly looked up at her with a big smile, his little white and purple ears flicking.
Eclipse tapped his fingers against his folded arms. Using one of his own tactics with the kids? That was SO not fair! She had been picking up on his rhetoric. However, as Saturn started counting down from 10, he knew he couldn’t resist.
Saturn hadn’t even gotten to 8 when Eclipse promptly slid down a slide near her feet.
“So… are you really going to carry me?” His shaky voice echoed from within the slide as his hands fiddled with each other, his blushing face hidden.
“I would never lie to you, my love. Now come here…” She smiled down at him and opened her large, blue arms as Eclipse sat up and practically leapt into them.
Once she had a decent grip on him, Eclipse melted like the plastic-packed cheese that got put on their tacos as Saturn started walking toward where they needed to go.
“Don’t worry Saturn! I’ll help remind you how to get there!” Helpy had to run stay ahead of Saturn’s long strides. Meanwhile, Eclipse was trying to keep himself distracted with the blissful feeling of being carried by his steadfast partner. Being this close to her was starting to get him flustered, but he didn’t necessarily mind right that second.
“Oh no, you’re burning up…” Saturn gently felt his head. “You are overheating…”
“It’s no problem… I promise…” Eclipse’s weak voice whimpered from her arms.
“Hmm, I should use this weakness of yours against you more often…” Saturn couldn’t contain her smile as Eclipse just sighed happily, his eyes rolling slightly upward.
“Please do…” His voice came out barely a whisper.
Within no time at all, the trio were in Parts and Services. Chica turned to look and nearly squealed at the sight. Eclipse looked so relaxed! Saturn was truly a good wife to him. The chicken had her doubts before, but now she knew they were meant to be.
“Oh my gosh! You finally picked up your man! Hiiii Clippers!” The chicken waved enthusiastically.
“We’ve done this before!” Saturn defended. “I’ve picked him up many times.”
Eclipse covered his face from his own bashfulness. Having his wife and close friend talking about him while he lay there, helpless, was making his face feel hot. He was embarrassed, and he hadn’t even gotten into the cylinder yet! This might be harder than he thought.
“Either waayyyy, I’m a-SO glad it’s happening!” Chica giggled softly. Her speech patterns were always strange-sounding to Saturn, but Eclipse assured her that it was okay, and not meant to be abrasive in any way.
“Now, let’s get bestie into the cylinder.” Chica paused as Eclipse groaned in feeble defiance. “Look, I get it, you hate that thing. It’s SO not comfy and your poor motherboard is always so… sensitive... but you need this, Clippers!”
Eclipse flinched and hid in is wife’s arms. There was that dreaded word again. Sensitive. He knew he would have to face this eventually, but stars, did he want to just hide in his wife’s embrace forever.
Unfortunately, Saturn walked him inside the cylinder and dropped him into the chair.
“Okay! I’m going to check on the others! See you all later!” Helpy called as he quickly left the room.
“N-Now, let’s not be hasty.” His shaky voice echoed off the walls. He could feel his stress and unease grow with the fleeting warmth of his love exiting his body.
Saturn’s muffled voice came from the other side of the glass.
“I promise, I’m not leaving you here, my love. I will ensure you are okay. Just like I did last time. I know you don’t like this, but I will not risk you malfunctioning.”
Eclipse sighed as Chica entered the chamber. “You gotta listen to your girl, bestie.” Her voice was loud, as usual, and sweet… too sweet.
“Just… please be careful… last time it felt unbearable…” He admitted softly.
“Over-and-out, Clippers.” Chica strapped him down and started getting to work.
As Chica lazily moved his wires around, Eclipse was flinching this way and that, as per usual, and making little sounds like squeaks and grunts. The sassy chicken had always been curious as to why Eclipse was the only one affected this badly by having their motherboard touched. For her, it just felt a little uncomfy, like the equivalent of pressing Velcro to a human’s skin, or having peanut butter packed-tight all over their legs. But Eclipse was acting like this hurt him, even though he insisted it didn’t. Then what was his aversion to it? Why? She wanted to understand her bestie better and knew Saturn felt the same way, and so, the demon on her shoulder winning the argument, she decided to start testing something while Eclipse was at her mercy.
Saturn gasped as Eclipse let out a yelp of sort. It was louder than his previous squeaks and something she hadn’t really heard from him before.
“Are you sure you aren’t hurting him??” Saturn’s voice broke through the otherwise quiet room, but Chica nodded her head at her reassuringly.
Oh no… oh no no no… Eclipse started to panic as he felt the unbearable sensation of Chica’s skittering fingernails going up and down the side of his head, her long digits gently wiggling in between each of his rays.
“A-what?” Chica’s voice pipped up behind him. “I’m just trying to keep myself… entertained. It’s not like this is all that exciting.”
Oh stars. Oh stars, this was bad. Eclipse could feel his chest shaking. Shaking... with laughter. His legs gave a few kicks as his eyes stayed glued on the frosty and somewhat distorted iteration of his wife through the glass. Seeing her concerned expression gave him resolve. Everything was fine. He wasn’t hurt. He couldn’t make her worry. He wasn’t going to laugh.
“Wow… I wonder…” Chica’s hands started to wonder away from his head… towards his sides, chest, and tummy. “… if THIS might be a problem.”
Eclipse let out a strained noise as he desperately tried to keep all of the little noises inside. That chicken’s long fingernails were sending maddening jolts of electricity through his body. It tickled so badly! He started arching his back and throwing his head back and forth, his body desperate to escape the feeling.
Saturn crossed her arms. “That is it, I’m coming in!” She opened the cylinder and promptly entered, even her footsteps loud and commanding.
Chica turn to her nervously. “What’s wrong?”
Saturn’s expression turned to that of an investigator as she stared down her nose at Chica, who paused her hands to stare back.
“If he is truly unharmed, why is he moving the exact same way as my tortured inmates when I try to get information from them?” Her tone dipped to dangerous levels. “He’s leaning away from your touch, and he’s yelping like a kicked puppy. How is that NOT hurt??”
Eclipse felt a surge of energy go through him. ANYTHING to keep the girls from fighting.
“It doesn’t hurt, dear! I promise!”
“Then WHAT is it??” Chica’s annoyed tone cut his off. “You keep SAYING it doesn’t hurt, so either your lying, which is something you NEVER do, or it’s THIS!” With that, the white-feathered foul sealed his fate.
Both of her hands flew down to his tummy and waist and started scratching and squeezing as his outer shell. It caught him by such surprise, that he couldn’t hold it in.
“OHOHOHO! NOHOHOHO!” His face grew red as he began to laugh and wiggle in his restraints. He had to stop laughing! But he had already learned with the humans who loved doing this to him that once he started laughing, it was extremely hard for him to stop. “OHOHOHOHOHO NOHOHOHO! DOHOHOHOHONT!” His arms pulled, his legs kicked and his head shook back and forth but Chica did not stop, just looked at him smugly. Saturn’s expression behind her was of bewilderment.
“What IS that?” She asked softly, her pale yellow eyes looking down at her love with more confusion than he had ever seen written on her face.
Chica paused her hands and turned around to look at her as Eclipse took the chance to breathe and try to regain his composure.
“It’s called-”
“NOTHING!” Eclipse interrupted. “It’s nothing! I’m fine!” He could feel the heat radiating off his face as Chica stared at him with a ‘really?’ expression.
“It’s okay if you’re embarrassed, but she needs to know.” She stated simply. “It’s tickling. A phenomenon in humans and some robots where touch makes them enter a fight or flight response, and makes them laugh!”
“Is this some kind of… training?” Saturn cocked her head in a way that just so adorable to Eclipse as he whined from behind Chica.
“I guess so. I think it was a way for humans to practice self-defense with their children without hurting them…? Or something? For some reason, some of us animatronics have those feelings, too! But to many, it’s SO embarrassing, so it doesn’t happen often, except with the little ones.
Saturn took a moment to internalize this information. It didn’t hurt, but whoever was under this kind of attack was still privy to avoid it. She got a few flashes of being pinned down in her youth, as panicked and helpless laughter filled the air. This was a pastime her and her siblings had participated in when they were young! It was a good way to test their abilities and strengths. But that was many, many, years ago… Her attention was brought back to the present as Eclipse let out a strangled yelp, dissolving into giggles and snorts as Chica focused on the center of his tummy.
“WAIHIHIHIHIT!” His smiling, blushing face was truly something to behold. Saturn didn’t think she had ever seen him that way. She certainly hadn’t heard him so frantic and happy-sounding at the same time. It filled her chest with a strange warmth as she took a step forward.
Meanwhile, Eclipse was losing his mind, laughing. This wasn’t the first time this had been done to him. As mentioned, the human technicians had already discovered his humiliating secret. But their soft, fleshy fingers didn’t tickle NEARLY as much as Chica’s sharp, metal fingernails.
Saturn stooped next to his head and he could feel warmth spread from his face and rays down to his neck and chest as she smiled at him.
“Are you okay, dear? Do you want us to stop?” She rested a hand on his shaking chest, making him squeak through his cackles.
“YES!”
“NO!”
Two voices shouted at Eclipse. Moon used to hate physical contact, while Sun LIVED for it. Of course he’d feel torn about this…
“Chica, please stop so I can hear his answer.” Saturn commanded. Softly, but still a command.
Chica stopped instantly and stared up at the two with wide eyes.
“Do you like or dislike this feeling?” Saturn asked again.
Eclipse looked up at her. If he was blushing before, his face was a bonfire now.
“I like that it makes me laugh…” He admits. “But… it’s SO embarrassing… I was trying to keep it a secret, you see. It’s weird… that I’m one of the only ones who has these… feelings.” His head dipped a little in shame, his wires nearly frying from how hot his head felt.
“Hhhmmm… are you willing to try something?” Saturn sat up and moved in front of him, raising his dipped head toward her with the gentleness and elegance of a goddess blessing a peon.
“If I can keep you distracted with these feelings elsewhere on your body, Chica can finish your updates without making you so uncomfortable, yes?” Eclipse’s eyes widened. The thought of his wife’s hands all over his body-WHY was he thinking like that?? He was a daycare attendant for Pete’s sake! But he couldn’t lie to himself. He liked that thought.
“We can... try it…” He smiled up at her, his eyes the size of saucers as she smiled at him.
“I must say… you look really cute when you laugh like that…” Saturn nearly snorted at Eclipse as he squeaked and let his eyes cross, growing even more flustered.
Saturn nodded to Chica and she started running the diagnostics, moving the wires where they needed to go to be properly updated. That still felt, weird… but Eclipse chose to focus instead on Saturn’s hands gently tracing shapes on his sides and tummy. He let little giggles and squeals out as his eyes met hers. Her golden eyes and cute sparkly star-like freckles on her ocean-blue face calmed him. Her eyes held a soft, warm feeling as they stared down at him.
Eclipse found himself oddly relaxed, melting into the different tickly touches as Chica finished his upgrades. Saturn’s soft expression made him feel so safe while strapped down to this chair. Why was he even worried about this? This was nice. Saturn was enjoying herself, too. She loved when Eclipse was happy, and this was a new way she could do that, especially during a time where he was normally so stressed. Now she got to see him as flustered and feeble as he made her feel on the regular. This could be a gateway into a brand new type of dynamic between them. It would level the playing fields with all the teasing he got away with. Now at least she knew she could tease him with his sensitive body.
“Ehehehehehehe… mmhmhmhmhmhmhm… NGGGGYAAAA!” He suddenly screamed as Chica tazed the joints directly under his arms.
“Sorry-nots-sorry, bestie! Your update is over…” She removed the constraints and Eclipse immediately curled up, covering all the spots that had been tickled, still giggling softly.
Saturn nodded and tried to help Eclipse stand. “Come on, I’m not going to carry you again.”
Buuuuut Eclipse just flopped to the side.
“Uhmmm, you may not have much of a choice, girl.” Chica giggled.
Saturn sighed and lifted Eclipse’s limp body into her arms. It only took a couple seconds until he was out. Completely asleep.
“You two are really perfect for each other…” Chica gave Saturn a bright smile.
The queen sighed and rolled her eyes as she walked out, but couldn’t help but smile when she looked down at her sleepy love. He was making soft cooing noises in his sleep like a peaceful dove from a land of bliss far beyond her reach. She pressed a kiss to his head, letting happiness fill her heart yet again.
Hopefully, Eclipse would feel a lot better about getting upgrades from now on.

Mess With Sun, You'd Better Run
Eclipse has been trying to take over Sun's body for the past week...And Sun is having none of it. When night time approaches, Sun decides to teach Eclipse a lesson in the hopes that it would slow his progress. Eclipse will quickly learn how scary Sun can be if you toy with him too much...
This fanfic was suggested by @anxious-lee-ler. Funny fact about this fanfic: I haven't watched through all of the web series, so I got a lot of help and approval from Drew for this fanfic! As a result, I already know he really likes it. I hope everyone else likes the fanfic too!
Sun was ready to lose it. Eclipse had been driving him nuts for the last several hours! It started with little things, like giving him small headaches while gaming with Moon. But it had escalated into trying to take him over while recording videos! He’d had enough. This has to stop. He hoped some talking and compromising would lessen the constant headache taking the form of Eclipse. He just had to wait until evening took hold.
Sun and Moon had just finished recording their episode for the day. They turned off their cameras and put their controllers down. “Alright…” Sun mumbled.
“Alright. I think a nap is in order.” Moon said aloud.
“Really?” Sun looked at Moon with surprise.
“What? Streaming makes me tired.” Moon told him.
“Sorry, just…” Sun thought for a moment. “Sorry…You go have a rest.”
Moon tilted his head. “Are you okay?” He asked him.
“Me?” Sun pointed to himself. “Oh yeah! Yeah, I’m fine.” He replied a bit too enthusiastically.
Moon stared at Sun for a few moments. “...Uh huh…” He muttered.
“I’m okay, I promise!” Sun tried to tell him, showing him a thumbs up.
Moon sighed and nodded his head. “Okay. Have a good night.” He told him before heading into the back room for the night.
“Good night!” Sun replied, waving to him as he watched his brother leave the main daycare. As Moon disappeared behind the curtain, Sun’s arm dropped to his side. Now was a better time than any to escape into his mind and confront Eclipse.
“You gonna pay me a visit, Sunny? It’s been forever…” The voice in his head asked.
Sun sighed. “Speak of the devil…” he mumbled to himself.
Sun sat himself down onto the chair behind the main desk of the daycare. With his body resting, Sun shut himself down and went into his inner mind. The first thing he saw when he opened his eyes was a big blur of dark orange in the corner of the room.
“Well look who finally showed up…” The blur mumbled with a sneer. He looked annoyed, almost like he knew Sun would arrive to give him hell.
“What’s the deal with you?” Sun asked.
“I’m bored...It gets quite boring here after a while.” He complained.
“Why the headaches?!” Sun spat.
“Because you never let me have any time in the spotlight!” Eclipse yelled back.
“And what have you done to earn yourself a chance?” Sun asked him.
“I’ve been silent, compliant, and patient with you. I think that speaks volumes.” He clarified.
“The only thing that speaks volumes is this constant headache that YOU started!” Sun argued.
“Well what else am I supposed to do?!” Eclipse argued.
“Literally anything! Anything besides giving me a mind-splitting headache!” Sun shouted.
“Okay, then I’ll take over.” Eclipse replied.
“NO!” Sun shouted, pushing him away.
Eclipse growled and stomped away from him, muttering the word “Asshole…” as he kicked the dirtless ground of the inner code.
Sun grunted to himself as he watched Eclipse act like a petulant child. He was getting nowhere with this guy. He looked up and down, trying to figure out what to do with him. How does one stop a glitch from taking over his body? Because if it were him, he would expel Eclipse from his head. Now, normally he’s not the kind of robot to wish a shut down on anyone…but it’s a little hard to keep yourself passive when you’ve been hit with a thundering headache all day.
Sun sat himself down for a moment as he stayed lost in thought. There had to be some way to get through to Eclipse. At least, some sort of tactic to buy himself some time. He tried to think of what he would do if Moon had been bothering him. Though, Moon had NEVER stooped so low as to cause him physical pain and psychological torment. Though, there were a few times when Moon would play pranks on him or scare him…
Sun smiled slightly as he remembered those moments. Moon is such an evil prankster. And yet, he’s also quite vengeful when given the chance. The amount of times Moon had tickled him after Sun had tried to prank him back, is impossible to count on just two hands. Moon is a brutal tickle monster when provided an opportunity. And yet when it comes to Sun…He’s unbelievably playful and passive. It’s…actually really sweet.
“What?” Eclipse spoke up.
Sun widened his eyes slightly as he looked up at Eclipse. “Oh nothing…” Sun replied a little too casually.
Eclipse was now staring at him, slightly unnerved. “What…are you planning?”
Sun’s smile widened just enough to be noticeable. “You’ll see…Very, very soon.” He muttered in an almost villainous tone.
Eclipse sighed and laid himself onto the floor. “Whatever…Don’t care.”
Sun smirked as he saw the perfect opportunity to strike. He walked himself closer. “You said you wanted something to do, right?” Sun asked.
“Uhhh…Yeah?” Eclipse slowly turned his head to look at him…only for him to regret it the second he saw those wiggling fingers.
Uh oh…
“I think I have the perfect thing to play…” He heard from Sun.
He widened his eyes with slight fear. Oh god…
“Hmm? What’s that look for?” Sun asked rather menacingly.
…Oh god no… “S-Sun?” Eclipse stuttered, the look of fear worsening.
“What’s wrong, Eclipse?” Sun asked him. He moved a few steps closer. “Is someone…ticklish?” He asked.
That was all it took. Eclipse did a full 180 turn and booked it like his life depended on it. “SUN, LET’S TALK ABOUT THIS!” He shouted.
“Nah.” Sun replied in an eerily easygoing tone.
Eclipse slowed his running to a stop the moment he realized how far Sun’s voice had been with that last ‘Nah’. He turned around and was taken aback by Sun’s chasing tactic:
Sun wasn’t chasing him. He wasn’t even running! Sun was skipping! Actually skipping around like a little toddler skipping through the meadows! Any other time, it would’ve been adorable! But right now? The skipping made things even more anxiety-inducing! Was Sun…toying with him?!
Eclipse wasn’t sure what to do. With Sun just skipping his way around the code room, running felt like too extreme of an action. But…He couldn’t just sit there! He needed to keep away from the crazy daycare attendant threatening to tickle him!
The only thing he could think of doing was talking to him. “S-Sun please stop!” Eclipse tried to reason with him.
“Oh now you wanna reason with me?” Sun asked, pausing for a moment with his usual genuine, yet slightly eerie grin.
“Yes! Anything to stop you from trying to tickle me!” Eclipse reacted.
“Tickle you?” Sun tapped his own chin as he pretended to think. “Now why would I do such a thing?”
“I-” Eclipse growled. “YOU TELL ME!”
“Hmmm…Maybe it was because you were trying to take me over all day.” Sun explained in an off-hand way. “Or maybe it was because of the overwhelming headache I had been getting due to someone changing up my coding.” Sun also explained.
“I-I didn’t know tampering with your code would give you a headache!” Eclipse argued.
“Hmmm…Is that so?” Sun walked himself closer. “Y-Y-Yeah! H-Honest!” Eclipse put up his hands in arrest. “P-Please…”
Sun reached out his arms as he got closer and closer to the different-colored daycare attendant. Eclipse looked super nervous. What does he do?! Is Sun gonna tickle him? Or is he gonna tell him something? Does he run again? Does he reason with him some more? Or does he take it? So many questions, and little to no answers in so little time! Fearing the worst, Eclipse closed his eyes and braced for impact…
…
“Boop!”
“eeEEEK!” Eclipse hugged his side and doubled over.
“Ho ho HO!” Sun let out in the same signature tone. “Looks like Clipsy IS ticklish!” Sun declared. “This MUST be investigated!”
In no time at all, Eclipse felt the giggles overwhelm him the moment Sun’s fingers made contact. As Sun would quickly find out, it wouldn’t take much to get Eclipse to laugh. Just a few pokes to his thin belly would make him jump and guffaw. That, followed by a few flutters to the neck, followed up by a few scritches to his rays, were all it took to make Eclipse curl up and giggle like a little child. “EEheeheehee! Wahahait! nonono dohohon’t!” He reacted, wiggling his rays in an attempt to stop Sun’s nimble fingers.
“My goodness, you’re more ticklish than I thought! It’s funny, I almost want to forgive you!” Sun admitted.
“Ihihi’ll nehehever forgihihive yohou!” Eclipse shot back.
Sun chuckled. “Funny how you think you still have control over me.” Sun teased. “If you had been more polite, maybe I would’ve gone easier on you!” Sun sighed. “But I guess that would be asking too much from you.” He concluded.
Eclipse tried to move his rays away from Sun’s agile fingers. But this did pretty much nothing. All it did was give Sun more rays to tickle. “Suhuhun plehehehease-” Eclipse squeaked as he felt yet another ray being scratched. “NAHAHA! DOHOHOHON’T!”
Sun gasped. “Oh my god- The back of your rays are worse?!” Sun reacted.
“YEHEHEHES! CUT IT OHOHOUT!” Eclipse tried to push him away. “STOHOHOHOP!”
“Oh Clipsy, Clipsy, Clipsy…” Sun dodged his hands and kept on tickling. “You can push all you want to. I dare you to try and push me off!” Sun added. “But we both know it won’t work.” He teased.
Eclipse, thinking he could still get away, started covering up his rays instead. Maybe with no rays available, Eclipse couldn’t be tickled so vigorously.
“Goodness me! What a move!” Sun reacted rather dramatically. “Looks like I’ll have to go somewhere else…” Sun started to stroke his chin similarly to an adult with a beard. “Where else should I go next…” Sun asked aloud.
Eclipse stared at Sun. “Are you…playing with me?” He asked.
“Me? Playing? Oh no no no!” Sun said in the most playful voice possible. “Sun would NEVER play! Especially when it comes to something as serious as a takeover! That would NeVeR happen!” He kept on saying sarcastically.
Eclipse was too busy staring at Sun, to fully comprehend his words. But he could very easily read his tone and facial expressions quite clearly…
And holy crap…He’d never seen Sun act like this before! Not even with Moon! And Eclipse had been observing their relationship from within Sun’s mind for several months now! He was only now starting to take over Sun’s body!
‘So why is Sun acting like this with me?!’ Eclipse thought to himself.
“I thought you’d never ask!” Sun declared, reading his mind.
Wait, WHAT?! HE HEARD THAT?!
Sun giggled and raised Eclipse’s chin. “Because it’s funny seeing you stumble and fall while executing your mission! You’ve been so busy trying to take over my body, that you haven’t even taken the time to realize who you were messing with!” Sun declared.
Eclipse widened his eyes as an electronic shiver went up his spine. Okay…maybe he underestimated Sun.
“Oh! And I know what tickle spot to go for now!” Sun declared.
Wait, NO!
Suddenly, Eclipse felt a hand grip his knee joint…and in no time at all, Eclipse felt himself get flipped upside down. “aAH! Sun, stop! What are you doing?!”
Sun giggled. “It’s obvious, really. You are a small part of Moon’s code! Isn’t that right?” Sun asked.
“Y-Yes, but-”
“Then you’d have at least 1 similar tickle spot to Moon!” Sun declared rather happily. But his demeanor quickly changed the moment Sun raised his hand up so he could see Eclipse eye-to-eye. “And that’s perfect for me…because I happen to know Moon like the back of my hand.” He mentioned.
Eclipse tried to knee Sun with his free leg. “Damn you!” He shouted.
Sun caught his other knee with no issue at all…almost like he was planning for Eclipse to kick him. Sun moved it out of the way slightly as he made a clicking sound. “That’s not very nice, is it?” He said, staring into his soul. “Physical violence? AND bad words?!” Sun lowered his hand and flipped Eclipse around so his face was looking away from Sun. “You’re just begging for it, aren’t you?”
Eclipse gulped. “B-Begging for what?”
Sun laughed as he grabbed slightly below both knee joints with only one hand. “Oh! Begging for tickles of course!” Sun declared. “And my favorite little tickle spot to go to when Moon’s being extra mischievous…” He brought his fingers closer. “-Happens to be the back of these special little knees.” With that little mention, Sun started fluttering and scratching his evil little fingers against the pit of the right knee first. “Right about here.” He added.
Eclipse gasped before throwing his head back with a yelp. He wheezed and covered his mouth, attempting to prevent Sun from getting what he wants: Confirmation. But oh god, was it difficult! The desperation to laugh was almost agonizing! But the last thing he wanted was for Sun to figure out that he and Moon share a tickle spot! Maybe if he holds out long enough, he’ll stop!
“Oh?” Sun looked down, and noticed Eclipse’s hand placement. A little smirk filled his face. Ooooh, he could have fun with this~
Sun looked up. “I guess this one isn’t very ticklish, huh?” Sun asked, acting none-the-wiser. “Maybe this other knee is worse?” Sun asked as he switched to his left knee pit.
Not expecting this change, Eclipse accidentally let out a whimper and a snort. Widening his eyes, he tightened his grip on his own mouth and began to pray that Sun didn’t hear him break.
Oh, but Sun heard it. He heard it loud and clear. But why let Eclipse know that, when he could continue to toy with him instead? That sounds so much more fun! “Looks like this one isn’t very ticklish either!” Sun reacted, moving his fingers away. “I could’ve sworn they could be ticklish!” Sun exclaimed as he stroked his chin.
Eclipse let out a slow, but comforting breath. God, that was close…But did he do it? Did he convince Sun that he’s not ticklish?!
“Well that’s a shame…looks like I was wrong.” Sun mumbled aloud. “I guess you’re not ticklish there like I thought.” Sun added.
Eclipse was flabbergasted. He couldn’t believe it! It worked! It actually worked!!
Oh…but Eclipse quickly realized the truth…and it was all revealed to him the moment he felt skittering fingers against both pits of his knees.
“BWAHAHAHAHA!” Eclipse tried to reach up to stop him. “WAHAIT!” He shouted.
“Sorry Clipsy~” Sun watched Eclipse crash down the moment his fingers moved primarily to the right knee pit. “But liars don’t get to have mercy! At least, not yet~” He teased more.
“aAAAHAHAHAHAHA! DAHAHAHAMMIHIT!” He threw his head back with a long, slightly evil cackle.
“Ooooh! So it looks like those eeeevil cackles of yours are more genuine than I expected!” Sun reacted.
“SHUHUT UHUP! YOHOHOHOU-” Eclipse screeched as the left knee pit was attacked next.
“Ah ah ah, Careful of your words, Clipsy~” Sun teased. “We don’t want you overdoing yourself, do we?” Sun warned in a playful tone. And yet, that playful tone almost made the warning sound a lot more intimidating. Whether this was his intention, is up for debate.
But all Eclipse could worry about was how overwhelmingly tickly this was. Everything in him wanted to fight him and get out of this as quickly as possible. But the other part of him knew that resisting may make Sun go worse on him. And on another hand…
This punishment could’ve been a lot worse…He had to give Sun credit where credit was due. Never in his mind, would Eclipse even think about using tickling to subdue someone. And…Oh my god, it actually works! And it almost makes him want to take the idea and use it against Sun. Maybe with this strategy, Eclipse could weaken Sun enough to take control of his body and follow through with his original plan. But for now, Eclipse could feel himself getting tired. So as much as he hates resorting to such extremes, he needs to ask for mercy or beg for him to stop.
“HAHAHAHA! SUHUHUN! MEHER-MERCYHYHYHYHY!” He shouted at him.
“Oh, what was that?” Sun reacted with shock.
“MEHEHERRCYHYHY! PLEHEHEHEASE STOHOHOHOP!” He yelled to Sun.
Sun chuckled and stopped his fingers. “Fine, fine. You can have a break.” He gently lifted Eclipse up by his back, and placed him onto the ground of the headspace. “Are you done with your special takeover?” Sun asked.
“Yeah…I’m done.” Eclipse said with a hidden little smirk. He’s not really done. He’s just saying what Sun would like to hear, so Eclipse can get away without pushback. “I won’t try to take over.” He looked down more. ‘Yet.’ He said in his mind.
Though Sun heard his extra word, he still accepted his decision. “Alright.” He muttered, breathing a sigh of relief. Though he knew the takeover would come eventually, Sun was just glad he had gotten the code under temporary control. This would give him more than enough time to come up with other ways to stop Eclipse’s eventual takeover.
Sun took over his body again, and turned himself on. He opened his beady white eyes, and looked around the room. It looked like he was…on his couch in their hidden bedroom.
Wait…didn’t he shut himself down in the main daycare? Why is he on his couch? How did he get to his bedroom?
Sun pulled himself off the couch, and noticed the blue blanket around his chest. And on the blanket, was a note:
[Hi Sun. Found you sleeping in the daycare. Guess you didn’t make it to bed, huh?
Good night Sun.
