Ingredients: 1 package 8 ounces cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup powdered sugar. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. 1 tablespoon lemon zest. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup mini white chocolate chips. Graham crackers or vanilla wafers, for serving.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined.
