Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 teaspoons lemon zest. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper. 1 teaspoon salt. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish.
Instructions: Salt, black pepper, oregano, thyme, lemon zest, and lemon juice should all be mixed together in a bowl. Put the chicken breasts in the bowl and use the marinade to cover them all over. Put the bowl lid on top of the chicken and put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours. Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C.
