The cool draconic wings is a feat he got gifted from his deity not too long ago, they look very cool but I imagine he had to get our bard arakokra to teach him how to fly (the arakokra Xoox belongs to the awesome @nostralygos).

DM: Leosin is pleased to see you all return.
Cressida (aasimar warlock): Even me?
DM: Well, your and Gin’s voices give him nightmares, but he respects you all as adventurers. He says, “The council will see you, they want to hear your story.”
Cressida: It’s a good one, you’ll like it.
DM: “I gather you were successful?”
Cressida: Well...
Bri (half-elf cleric): *elbows Cress* We were successful.
Cressida: Mostly.
Inktober Day 5 - Some NPCs! Bumblefoot, Tusk, Leosin & Larissa!
If you are curious about our campaign, we’re currently posting our sessions here on youtube !
DM: A crow perches by you and says in Leosin’s voice, “I have convened the council for tomorrow morning. Don’t be late.”
Marijn (playing Bri): We need to make sure Makath comes. Can we send a message back to Leosin?
Lyra (playing Aphil): You know what ritual I lost during that level up?
Tati (playing Cressida): Animal messenger?
Lyra: Animal messenger.
DM: You arrive back at Waterdeep without incident, except for the pondering of your own mortality. There’s a message from Leosin waiting for you, requesting to be notified of your arrival.
Bri (half-elf cleric): Ooh, can I leave a message with the harbour master? I’d like to write to my mum.
DM: Roll a Persuasion check.
Bri: ...8?
DM: You’re reasonably confident the message will get to her, but...
DM: So Leosin is visibly disappointed that you brought Varrim back dead.
Cressida (aasimar warlock): You said dead was fine.
DM: He sighs. “I’m fine with it, but some of the council may not be. His testimony could have been very persuasive, and they’re not yet all committed to the cause.”
Cressida: Do... do they understand who Tiamat is?
Bri (half-elf cleric): So we have to go to the Sea of Moving Ice and the Serpent Hills. How close are they?
DM: A week to the north, and a week to the southwest.
Bri: Not overly convenient.
Aphil (half-elf druid): What if we put a teleportation circle on a ship and send it north while we travel to the hills, then just hop on up when we’re done there?
DM: ......
Aphil: Well? Isn’t it a good idea?
DM: Leosin says, “We don’t currently have the resources.”
Cressida (aasimar warlock): Aren’t you all rich?
Aphil: Cress!
Cressida: What?
DM: Leosin asks you, “Are you all ready to go after the Draakhorn? Do you recall the situation?”
Ginquee (tortle monk): I could do with a refresher.
Cressida (aasimar warlock): You could do with a refresher on most things, Gin.
Aphil (half-elf druid): Because you don’t remember your life prior to meeting us.
Ginquee: *purses lips*
