7th June means let's save Javert from dying, so here are my two fics that save Javert from dying (both are rated E)

A touch that brought about change (8k). Javert was saved from jumping by Rivette and a month later he suddenly meets Valjean again (and they do end up having sex). Javert's mental health is really bad in this fic.

Chains That Do Not Bind (39k, WIP). Instead of at the river, Javert has a breakdown in Valjean's house, and it goes from there. Not a slow burn.

I love the found family trope, but also found fathers - men who never expected to become fathers, but through fate and circumstances then adopt a child, and turn out to be an absolutely GREAT Father!
