36: What makes them feel guilty?
In no particular order:
Putting sugar in her tea(mom instilled in her the idea that you drink it plain)
Thinking about her father’s death
Eating a whole whitechocolate bar on her own
That she doesn’t find Law’shands as disgusting as she claims to anymore
That she’d eat a wholechocolate bar to avoid thinking of the above
That time when she wasn’t very awake and refilled the sugar bowl with salt ahaha what a day to be alive
That she never thankedShachi properly when he helped her get away from Marina, and the moment kind ofpassed
Scuffing a new pair of shoes
That she left her family behind to travel
Eating the last pineapple pizza slice (but it’s theone that tastes better!)
The list goes on.
47: How do they expresslove?
It depends on the person,but she isn’t very expressive in that regard. She’s a bit more open withfamily, but aside from them she hasn’t had much extended contact with peopleshe actually liked.
If we’re talking in a romantic sense, though… Physically, she’d probablyget closer than usual to them, not even consciously. She’d look out for them, act lessdefensive, just be there whenever she was needed. The thing is that she hasfelt so alone for most of her teens and early twenties that she’d follow to theend of the world someone she felt she could she could rely on. I don’t thinkshe’s the type of person to openly confess she has feelings for someone,because she doesn’t expect anything in return. She’d just be content to be nearthe person she loves, I think.

this is lovely!! i think Gitta is a wonderful name. the writing is very vivid, i had a good sense of the setting despite my limited DGM knowledge :)
Thank you, I’m so glad you like it! <3 I’ll let the name stay for now because no one is going to call her Brigitte (I don’t think many people are going to keep calling her Gitta either). Normally I wouldn’t mind changing it, because I’m not that attached to it, but after I slapped it on her as a placeholder I looked up names and meanings and it fit so well that I couldn’t bring myself to choose another one.
