I’m slowly coming to an end of what some would consider an abusive relationship. People reported him before the assault call to action of violence could occur. I didn’t realize I was in an abusive relationship until an influx of people with domestic hotlines started writing in to me.

My job only paid me 30$ for almost an entire month I’m in poverty looking at being homeless in about a week or so because stimulus it never came. Bills are piling on me so heavily I feel the upcoming debt crushing my lungs and suffocating me.

I have been doing my best to avert from suicidal ideation as much as possible lately.

I did one thing today that I could, the one thing that is still in my control today, I did all of the 25 sets of push-ups for the month of January that I had neglected because of stress and depression. I felt ever muscle pull, cramp, want to give out but I used my mental will power and I pushed my body up and achieved the goal. Maybe just maybe I can do the same with my mental health too and push myself to survive and thrive to keep figuring out ways to successfully live.
