I feel like if Parker ever sneezed in the middle of a briefing or something, the time would just stop. Woman has never publicly sneezed in her life. Everyone just assumed she never gets sick at all, explaining it away not even with a healthy diet or anything (because we all know her diet is nowhere near healthy), but with a simple and very usual at this point "it's just Parker".
And then she sneezes and freezes time for five solid seconds before everyone snaps out of it and starts running around bringing her every hot tea and warm blanket they can find at Nate's place. Nate just kinda sits there squinting his eyes at her like he thinks Sterling has somehow figured out the secret to those holographic masks from Mission: Impossible because there's no way this is his adoptive insanity sits right there beside him right now

Scenario: Taking care of each other when you are sick

Warnings: Obvious mentions of being sick and the various side effects that might come with it (fevers, sick, medication, etc.)

When you are sick, Eliot takes it seriously...
If its anyone else, he's annoyed to take care of them, whining, making jokes or claiming they are saying it's worse than it is.
But when it comes to you, it could be a minor illness and he's not letting you out of this sight.
If you have a fever, he is brining you medicine, tea, and a cold cap.
And he will be taking your temp every other hour.
Massaging you if you are aching anywhere and speaking softly as to not agitate your headache.
He will make you various soups and stews over the course of your illness to make sure you get a variety, all while making you eat something easy on your stomach.
Won't let anyone bother you.
He will cuddle with you, and hold you tightly if that's what you need.
If he needs to go somewhere (which he will only do if its life or death, or if you want to be alone or sleep), he will leave you with a nice plush or pillow to cuddle with.
When you are feeling up to it, he will run you a nice bath, and sit outside (or inside) the tub with you.
He will wash you and your hair for you, to make you feel better.
And when you are finally over your illness altogether, he makes you one of your favorite dishes to celebrate.
When it comes to Eliot being sick....
He wont tell you he is ill
He could have a fever of 105 and he'd try to keep going.
You only figure it out cause of one of two reasons.
One; you catch him taking some cold and flu pills, or two; you hug him and he pulls away.
Even as he does you feel the heat radiating off of him.
When you get angry at him for not telling you he was sick, he says its because he didn't want to worry you.
As much as you love him for this, you still flick him on the forehead and tell him to go home.
You bring him a cold rag and dab his face, putting his hair up for him.
You bring him tea, and soup and threaten to chain him to the bed if he doesn't stop trying to leave.
"Is that a threat or a promise?"
Even when he's sick he's got jokes.
After seeing how sweet, caring, and worried you get when he is sick, Eliot think's it's endearing.
He even milks it a bit just to get your attention on him.
Calls you Nurse/Doctor, and you're convinced he's got a secret kink he won't really admit too.
The first time he got sick during your relationship, that that was when he decided you were the one he wanted to spend the rest of his life with.
When he is finally better, he makes you breakfast to thank you for taking care of him.
But you insist on helping, since he only just recovered. He's fine with it.

Okay, here’s my favorite crack leverage headcanon:
The reason everyone ignores Hardison and just makes up identities on the fly is because they know they have to get there first if they don’t want him to stick them with the most ridiculous names imaginable.
I mean it’s already basically canon! The way Eliot grumbles about getting named *insert dr.who/ appropriately geeky reference*
But then we get to the other half of this theory. It’s a game. They’re all trying to one up Hardison. Nate says it’s immature and refuses to admit he’s playing but also took first place with “Gnar Slabdash”
my newest insane leverage/nysm crossover hc is that sterling assigned alma dray to the horsemen case, largely bc he saw it cross his desk RIGHT AFTER nate retired and went :/ goddamnit people are doing this again. alright. well i guess they need a new mcsweeten.
my newest insane leverage/nysm crossover idea is a canon divergence au where sterling actually takes the horsemen case himself and dylan has to run interference like a madman because sterling clocks him as a suspect immediately. very real chance danny gets shot in this one

Headcanon: Hardison, Eliot and Parker's lock, key and guitar pick necklaces have a built-in GPS tracker in them in case something happens and one of them goes missing.
Maybe Hardison and Parker got their necklaces (and put a tracker on Eliot's) after a job went wrong and Hardison and Parker got kidnapped. Maybe Eliot almost wasn't able to find them on time because the earbuds were broken so he decided they needed a backup option for tracking them. Hardison made sure to set it up so it would be easy for Parker and Eliot to pull up the tracker on their phones.
It's not 100% foolproof but it's better than nothing and it's saved their lives a few times.

mcsweeten being in leverage redemption and still having not a clue that parker and hardison are, in fact, not federal agents and are actually world-class criminals
or at some point between the finale and now he did find out, and then some government official gets wind of one of their heists and is jabbing their finger at a blurry image of parker and hardison mid-thievery and with a completely straight face, mcsweeten explains that guys, those are agents hagen and thomas and they are working on an undercover op and were in no way at all involved of what is inconveniencing the government now
and the government official keeps trying to explain they are criminals but mcsweeten just pulls up their dossiers and credentials and he can literally see the vein throbbing in the man’s forehead but he just smiles says that he has personally worked with agent hagen and would trust her with his life
