“Well, I’d say its good to be back... but they’ve closed down that awesome bakery around the corner. Its tragic if you ask me,” Larissa said, approaching the first person she encountered in the event hall. “What’s new with Grimstone then?”
Blake brushed her hair off her shoulder, turning around slowly. “What?” she asked as she saw who was staring. “Do you have a problem with my dress? Because I totally pull this off.”
“Yes, yes, Kristen Parrish, the movie star has arrived.” Kristen smiled. “Has anything changed since I left?”
“The answer is yes, I’m still a grade A bitch.” Alice hissed. “Now, are we going to have fun tonight or what?”

He strolled over to someone he recognized and replied, “Hey,” he held his hand out to shake. “Its good to see you here.”
Kayleigh hummed, allowing a little bit of her power out, just caressing the other’s mind, rather than gripping onto it. “Hmm, what should I do today?” she asked, not sure whether the question was rhetorical or literal.
