Babelgender
a xenogender related to the Library of Babel.
it may feel like an unknown gender that is very specific and lost somewhere in the infinite possibilities of gender.
alternatively, it may feel like a gender that is infinite and mostly unintelligible, but a few parts of it are sensible if they are specifically picked out.
it could also just be a gender based on the story of the Library of Babel on a conceptual, affiliative, or aesthetic basis.
(i will make a flag for this at a later time. i just wanted ro coin the idea first)
the library of babel IS leitner's library
the library of babel is leitner’s library!
if i was in the library of babel i would simply ask for a cake with the directions towards the book i need to ascend to heaven. directions can be written in frosting.
like i at least deserve this clever loophole using the food machine that gives whatever the fuck i ask it to as long as it is edible.
it can be tested for example, request it to give me a cake with frosting writing the first 5 characters listed in the book i am holding currently. and if that is proven to give consistent accurate results, then i can use that system to ask for directions.
if the book i am looking for is up, down, or neither. if the book i am looking for is left or right. is it on my side of the library or is it across the gap.
like yea its still going to take a huge amount of time but this cuts out a large chunk of potentially wasted time. and would still be considered a hellish experience either way.
