A few years ago, I witnessed a life affirming and sustaining "breakthrough"! I had been observing this cocoon for several days in awe and wonder. Over time, I was blessed to see the caterpillars literally tearing their protective womb DOWN to experience their next phase of life. In order for us to continue to grow and thrive successfully, we have to be willing to "break through" or move beyond our respective conditions. It's the "cycle" of life. Another integral part of their process is the caterpillars didn't do it alone. They literally aligned themselves and cooperatively pushed to "break" thru. If anyone has ever witnessed this miraculous process, then you know what I'm talking about...my take away affirmation from this divine observation is to continue to "PUSH" or "break thru"and move beyond your current state if you expect to continue to grow and develop into your desired state of being and it's much easier with a reliable and trustworthy support system. We're stronger together. I'm good. 

I genuinely feel content with life right now (and that doesn't happen often). I've realised that I'm not ready for some of the things I thought I was, and that I need to stop waiting for other things to happen. Life is steady and comfortable and, while sometimes those  are used as negative adjectives, I think they mean that life will stay good for at least the time being. I love my friends, I love my family, I am basking in the glory that is Edinburgh at Christmas-time, and I adore being home for Christmas. The future is mine to do with what I will. What more could I ask for?
