Dreams only become real by taking action! For the longest time I was a dreamer. I was that guy who’d be at work daydreaming of another life I’d spend vast amounts of time living in my head dreaming what’d I’d do if I won the lottery. All the places I’d visit. All the people I’d meet. All the different foods I’d eat. I can tell you it was fun. It was my escape from my real life. I had all these dreams but no plan of action. I was stuck in a fantasy & never took them seriously at all. At the age of 40 I met my coach. What a life changing event that was. My coach changed my whole life. Took me from being a dreamer to a man of action. Today 18 months later I am living out my dreams. In my 1st 40 years of life I had visited 2 foreign countries. After 40 I have visited and/or lived in 5 different countries. I’ve made friends from all over the world. I’ve seen some of the most amazing things in this world & ate foods I’ve never known existed I no longer just dream. I now do. I have no excuses. I live my life on my terms & feel no regrets for doing so. I sometimes pinch myself just to make sure I’m not still dreaming. I now know my purpose in life & here to inspire/help others who are I just like me. I wake up every morning and think, how far can I push myself in the next 24 hours. Life has been challenging lately, and it's been hard to stay motivated through this tough time because I struggle with depression. Everyday is a struggle for me, to want to get out of bed, so my live chats, keep my head up, and put a smile on my face. I struggle with suicidal thoughts at times as well, but that's when you have to find a way to pick yourself up. For me, that is going to the gym. I have to challenge myself daily to stay positive, and I try to his that part of me. I just want to share with you all how I'm feeling. No matter how perfect you might think someone's life is, we all struggle on a daily basis with our own insecurities, pressures from family, work, etc. That doesn't mean that we can't push ourselves to be what we want. We just have to persevere through the pain, to see the positive outcome out of the hard and shitty situations sometimes.
