LETS TALK RACK PULLS!! An awesome exercise to strengthen your lower back and help with that lock out on Deadlifts! I’ve seen so many videos where people use too much momentum and don’t engage their muscles correctly. So here’s some pointers! • Keep you back tight! None of this cat back stuff. That’s asking for injuries 👍🏼 • Make sure the bar is set up JUST BELOW the knees so you’re getting a good range of movement. • Reset after every rep. No bouncing of the rack to get up the next rep. Set the bar down. Set your shoulders down. Engage the Glutes and fire through!
