Obi-Wan tried not to look too smug as he watched Anakin’s shuttle touch down in the landing bay of the Negotiator, expelling the man himself a few minutes later. He probably failed. From the face Anakin made at him as he stepped off the shuttle’s ramp and crossed the floor towards him, he most definitely did. Anakin elegantly side-stepped a couple of clones lugging ammunition crates across the hangar and answered their greetings with a casual salute of his own before he finally came to a halt in front of Obi-Wan. He crossed his arms over his chest, but the slightest tug at the corners of his mouth betrayed him even as he drawled, “Well, here I am. Tell me about this new weapon.” Ah, finally. This was the moment Obi-Wan had been waiting for. He let the smirk he’d been holding in show on his face as he answered, “You’re looking at it.” Exasperation bled off Anakin in the Force, and a tiny crease between his brows made an appearance. “I’m looking at what?” Briefly distracted, Obi-Wan gave Cody a nod and a smile as this one walked by behind Anakin’s back. Then, he returned his attention to his former padawan and best friend and shrugged lightly. He raised a hand, knuckles perched to rap against the invisible hull at his back. “Two steps forward,” he began, “and you’d actually be kissing it. It’s a stealth—” A hollow gong sounded from a little to his right. Weird. Obi-Wan hadn’t knocked on the hull yet, had he? Anakin was the first to look over at where the sound had come from, and his eyes widened. “I think Cody just did that,” he said slowly. “Kissing it, I mean.”

Hey! I'm looking for a fic that I believe I may have read in 2014? 2015 and Katniss and Peeta were on the victory tour and the train stopped in district 4 or had issues and needed to stop; So they ended up going to the beach and spending the day there and Peeta found seaglass that he gave Katniss as a gift and that evening when they were about to go to sleep there was some talk about Peeta's prosthetics leg and the sand maybe being itchy and that he wanted to take it off. I think it was the first time Katniss saw it off too. It was a work in program back then and that's how I lost track of it!🥺 I'd love to find it again
