                 HAD HE NOT seen her face before? it seemed oddly familiar the second he passed her in the hallway. Her PRESENCE as well -- it was not new to him &&. yet, he was not sure if he LIKED it or not. The fact that she had already seen him UNMASKED did not sit well with him -- made him feel more than uncomfortable after all, his face &&. his name were not something that was allowed to be seen or mentioned in within the FIRST ORDER. ❝what are you doing here❞ finally he let voice break the silence. ❝WHAT are you doing here? -- you do not belong here❞

@neckerchiefsandmagic / @classifieddroid  ---  i met unaiza thru the bbc m.erlin rpc and honestly like??? salt mates at first sight tbh. but also we click so well as people and as writers i think and i love her take on both m.erlin and on beeb!!! she’s got a great way of taking the good and important parts of canon and just ignoring the rest or filling things in with her own original characterization and i think in the case of both m.erlin and beeb (esp m.erlin) that’s added so many layers that weren’t necessarily shown or deeply explored in canon, which i LOVE. anyway i’m so glad she joined me in the war in the stars hell and i’m just [hearteyes] about her portrayal and her opinions always??? 

@twentyoneeightyseven  ---  realtalk i think the sw fandom has a problem with finn characterization sometimes, so it’s so refreshing and lovely to see someone who has such a strong grasp on the nuances and complexities of his character? bex’s finn is so well-balanced; funny and sweet and brave but also self-doubting and angry, and i think that can be a difficult balance to grasp sometimes. also a+ ooc posting, i extremely appreciate the image of finn in poe’s jumpsuit

@seeheroic / @spacehated  ---  orla and i haven’t written together a whole lot but i love mccoy and i love finn so like???? a win/win situation for me here, folks!! excellent writing and character voice capturing, a real love for both characters, and just overall a beautiful presence on my dash!!

@servinglies / @ceasedtime  —  CONTINUING THE ‘people i dragged here from bbc m.erlin’ TRAIN……… honestly marta is just?? so dedicated to and loving of m.erlin and of chris that it’s honestly inspirational to me. the detail and effort she puts into her headcanons and verse development for both chris and m.erlin astounds me (esp because my version of verse creation is [flings character into universe, wings it] lmao). we have 12 bazillion things plotted and i just love crying about [insert topic here] with her constantly 

@cxnfliicted / @forceprotected  ---  i think antonia was the first kylo i wrote with when i returned to this blog and honestly i feel like she just gets to the root of her characters??? with such a vast and constantly expanding repertoire of source material for both tfa and r1 i think antonia manages to cut through to the heart of both kylo and chirrut to capture all the facets of their personalities without turning anything intro something overly tropey or caricaturized!!! 

@lightscalls  —  morgan is another of the first reys i wrote with when i came back here and honestly i’m hearteyes??? her rey is so earnest and passionate and it comes through so clearly in her writing, both in canon threads and in au’s ([eyes emoji @ darkside rey!!!]). just a beautiful grasp on rey’s character tbh. also great to talk to ooc and i can’t wait for poe and rey to be best friends all over the galaxy!!!!

Poe thinks he’s officially the only one who knows how to do this, now; it’s not like it was common, before, but there’s something frightening in the knowledge that he’s alone in it, now. His mother, L’ulo--- Poe doesn’t like being the last of anything, and he’s heard enough about Rey’s piloting skills that he thinks she’d appreciate the maneuver.
