In addition to the very strict requirements of scholarship essays needing to be written by you, the applicant, AI is actually very bad at writing a scholarship essays and therefore they are very identifiable of being AI.

The top three things you need to convey with a scholarship essay are:

Why is this important to you (why are you studying what you are studying

What financial hardships you are facing (why you need this money!!!)

What are your future plans (how are you going to use what you are studying for your career)

Students turn to AI thinking their essay needs to be perfect, but that is not what reviewers care about. Go to the library or writing center instead! You will be better for it!
