🧃 Keeping comfort items close by at all times

🎒 Ex: stuffie keychain or a small stuffie you can fit in a back pack, a paci, blankie, stim toys, scented clay/slime, etc;

🧃 Learn grounding and breathing techniques that work for you

🎒 Go to a safe space, taking yourself out of any crowded/public spaces where you can feel comfy and safe

🧃 tips: have ur cg or someone else make calming voice recordings for you to listen to when you can’t talk to them, have headphones handy to listen to them or for music, look through pictures, if you s/h have a rubber band handy at all times.
