I've been experimenting with different ways of presenting my images. This involves taking a number of photographs of one subject and presenting them as a set on a grid.
The passage of the four seasons as seen in these three lime trees standing out in the meadow:)

What Are Meyer Lemon Trees?
In the early 1900s, a member of the US Department of Agriculture discovered and brought back some exotic lemons during his visit to Beijing, China. The name of that individual was Frank. N. Meyer; and that is how the Meyer lemons got their name.
While the Chinese used them mostly as a decorative house plant, as Meyer lemons became more commonly known, people discovered more uses and successfully experimented by adding them as a cooking additive in desserts and drinks.
What do they look like?
If you haven’t come across Meyer lemons yet in grocery aisles, you might be wondering how they look like. Continue reading to find out more.
The fruit
A cross between mandarin and lemons, Meyer lemon, is hybrid in nature. They have a pale orange pulp which is fragrant and sweet in taste. This floral fragrance and sweet taste make these lemons a perfect ingredient for various cocktails and desserts.
If you are wondering how to tell a Meyer lemon from a regular one, here is how. A regular lemon has a brighter yellow skin, while a Meyer lemon has a darker color. The skin of a Meyer lemon is much smoother, and they are also smaller in size and much rounder than a regular lemon. Now coming to the taste test, Meyer lemons are much milder in terms of acidity and are sweeter in comparison. Even the peel of the Meyer lemon is quite tasty.
The tree
Meyer Lemon Trees can grow as tall as ten feet when it is planted in the ground. However, a plant grown in pots will stay smaller and grow according to the size of its pot. The plant inherently grows as a shrub, but it can be snipped into a tree. The Meyer lemon tree has glossy leaves and white flowers. Originally found in China, the plant thrives in warmer and humid environments and can start bearing fruits in around four years. In ideal conditions, the plant can live as long as 50 years.

Took a walk outside after the rain. Felt so good. The city smells amazing during this time of the year thanks to the lime trees. 🌳🌺
Vintage poplin postcard of Belgraves Court, the stomping grounds of Simon Kurt Wortland, better known as the Mad Gardener of Bromley Gardens, because of his startling mental defects and his mad gardening skillz.
A typical day for Wortland was anything but typical, and might have included weeding the ornamental red lettuce beds, pleaching the lime trees, and surgically replacing his thumb with his big toe. Or any other toe. Or several toes.
Baby Gruenwald was one of the few to show up at Wortland’s parole hearing in 1952, heartily recommending he be released, as Halloween was coming and the baby needed somebody to scissorhand his hedges (though nobody called it scissorhanding back then, they called it cruickshanking, as there was this guy named Cruickshank who was awesome at it).
