             Camp Fire

I saw fire burning below the dying sun sparks and smoke were drawing memories of suffering I wished lost to the hand of time. Yet, they floated in air as if dancers              and kept me from my rest

Sitting at another fire, waiting for the sun to rise you chance to see them glow and remade my thoughts as brighter lights tiny reflections of your smile healing old agonies                 and you gave life back to me
