I’ve been writing with other people lately.

I know that used to be our thing,

but it’s not the same.

Nothing can replace the way it was

when we found our words together.

It always just felt right.

I didn’t realize just how much we connected,

just how deep our minds always found a way

to make life into poetry.

And I miss it.

I miss you.

Time passes,

and there’s not a day you don’t linger

in the corners of my day.

I think we opened a door

we may never be able to really close,

because you don’t get that close

without it leaving its marks.

I think I’ll live with this forever,

wondering if you’ll ever find your way back,

realizing we were the only two

that made sense.

I don’t think we’ll ever be seen the same way

by anyone else,

and with every connection

I always seem to find my way

right back to you.

How it feels having dope ass memories with people you'll never fuck with again

imagine after all the wicked for good events happens, Elphaba scapes every once in a while to Oz just to look from far away her once girl, Glinda.

In one of those quick and far glances she saws her finally meeting new people and accepting herself , all of that tedious trip just to see her sweet baby trying to love someone else like they used to. Falling into the arms of her distant friend Shenshen, who now has all the right to feel her anytime she wants…

The deal it’s done forever, any chances for her to reveal the truth its gone as well as the little hope of Glinda understand the signs Elphaba left for her, even tho Fiyero strictly told her to forget her soulmate, the little abnormal green roses growing on Glinda’s balcony, the clouds every once in a while shaping into hearts and weird envelopes full of chopped leaves from the forest, all of those signs of affection for her, are no longer meaningful.

Glinda is still hoping for all of those things to mean something, but she cannot linger that long for something that wont happen..
