Her disregard for humanity and morality comes from her twisted passion for writing the perfect plot, and a sense of morbid curiosity towards acting it out.
Hence, her method of wreaking havoc is forcing innocents into acting out her stories. They involve crime and murder, of course, and she knows just how to make those plot points happen...
Like poopoomilk sees himself as a ringmaster or entertainer, she sees herself as a narrator and storyteller. She also improvises alot and it usually advances her "story" forward, for the worse.
Her design is already perfect but I added some extra stuff. Her brooch and hat now have eye motifs. The red gem on her brooch is also her soul jam (here it's just an orb)
She has mini hip wings to match with her fountain pen, and her sole beastly eye is interconnected with her pen's eye, meaning it shares it vision with her.
I'd imagine her fountain pen is sort of her loyal mindless minion. It likes to stalk cookies, especially those in her domain, and report the info back to her.
Writing down the scenes in her book is a form of making the torture and suffering "happen". So if she ever thinks the scene isn't "good enough", removing the page essentially gives her victims amnesia for that entire period of time.
Her weakest point is her creative vision and pride. Your best bet to get her out of the zone is to make up some bullcrap that doesn't fit her story at all. Though she won't take that lightly in the slightest.
