In most vampire AUs, the bats are the vampires, but I raise you this, kryptonian vampire mix. Clark, being his normal kryptonian self, and Lex instead being a vampire. When Kon came out the tube, he was more dangerous than even Lex could anticipate. A vampire that gained power from the sun instead of suffering under it. All the powers of a kryptonian with the instincts of a vampire, Lexs perfect creation. His invulnerability rids him of most if not all of his vampire weaknesses, and the kryptonite doesn’t have as much as an effect on him because vampire logic that I haven’t fully thought through.
