內容創作者 （頻道）  在 Watch 上可分得 55% 的廣告營收，Facebook 則拿 45%。Watch 上將以短片為主，包含直播、實境秀，以及運動賽事精彩片段。Facebook 也不排除投資內容。Watch 會先在美國試水溫。

目前確定的知名合作對象包含 NBA、MLB，以及國家地理頻道。其中 NBA 將透過短片介紹球星，而 MLB 每週將直播一次比賽，國家地理頻道則推出紀錄短片。link

迪士尼被指控違反兒童網路隱私保護法案（Children’s Online Privacy Protect Act, COPPA），共有 42 個迪士尼 app 在未經家長同意下，蒐集 13 歲以下兒童的資料，並賣給廣告公司。

該法案在 1999 年通過，並在 2003 年將地理位置以及 IP 列入個資保護範圍。link
