2022 CrossFit Games check-in was for me and my family an overwhelming experience. Its awesome to see the hard work pay off. Same as our walk in Christ. When we devote ourselves to His will & purpose for us, there are a lot less dead-ends in our lives. Romans 12 we are beseeched, urged, begged to dedicate ourselves as living sacrifices. Logical & intelligent. The closer we draw to Him, the more we reject the worlds superficial values & customs, then we see the real deep impact we have on those around us God through us. Kingdom minded is just that. Living to serve not be served. The open is upon me and looking back we always hope that we did enough to prepare. Whether we do well or fall short, the most important part is the process/journey. The walk with Christ is what I enjoy most, not where I started or what I achieve, but in the journey of seeking Him, getting to know Him more & more, my identity in Him, etc… its a beautiful time. Eternity is getting to know Him for eternity. Why not start knowing Him now? Make it more than just words, but your breath of life. If we take a moment each day and try to fathom His love for us, it would knock us to the floor. Meditating on His nature of who He is & what He is rips away at the heavy weight of the world & overwhelms us with a comfort we cant find in anyone or anything. Having Him as Lord & Savior is greatest act of submission. Someone said it today. ‘God not only loves you but actually likes you.’ God is for us and wants the best for us. He has given us everything we need whenever we need when we said YES. A life of faith is no surprise full of surprises. A life of obedience is fulfilling His purpose for us. His grace sets the table. His grace is full of provision. His will for us is to get to know Him. Knowing Him is eternal. We need to be kingdom minded and watch Him show off how good He is.
