Mission
I do love a good morning training session at church for the Tech department, we get a refresher on the lighting systems and overhead projection systems but more importantly we are reminded of our vision as a church and the cultures we wish to focus on.
Culture in church is an important concept, we wish to do right by our congregation by creating an atmosphere of worship and to allow the Spirit to take control. Church should be as comfortable as home and must welcome people and allow them connect with God and each other.
Connecting with God through worship is joyous, well at least for me. to do our best in producing an atmosphere of praise is a good way to honor god especially using the God given talents i have to further glorify his name. We have a team of people at church who are all about lifting Gods name above all else and pastors who encourage us to do so.
Its all in Jesus’s name and that frills me to bits because i really do enjoy pushing the boat out for God in the most exciting ways possible.
We should be excited about being in Gods presents and we should be enthusiastic about spreading that excitement to other people.

Wednesday's deadlift work...here's my top set again yes I did this for 6 reps last week but as I said I'm repeating last week's lifts until I complete the requirements for week#1...470 x 5+ took the bare minimum cause I have nothing to prove and currently I'm rolling my glutes with a tennis ball...anyway stay tuned for more self destruction...
