Really, there shouldn't be any way for the Lady Bone Demon to come back. We erased her from existence with the combination of our powers. She... she shouldn't ever be able to come back...

But... crazier things have happened to us before. If there IS a way she could ever come back, well then, we just have to prevent it from happening. Whatever her creepy Not Mayor guy and Peng are planning, we'll just beat them down Monkie Kid style!

I hate the idea of the Lady Bone Demon repossessing Bai He, she's become my little sister, after all. I wouldn't want it to have to come to that... to sacrificing her to stop the Bone Demon. But I know that Bai He wouldn't want to hurt her family. She already lost her family once before, losing another one... I can't even imagine what that might be like. She's... she's tougher than she looks, Bai He. If it came down to it... if we had to...if Baba had to... I'm sure she wouldn't hold any ill will and understand. But I really don't want that to happen, and I'll do anything to make sure it doesn't...

We aren't there yet, MK. We haven't gotten to that point yet. We don't know what they're scheming just yet...

But remember, we didn't have to sacrifice Bai He the first time to stop her. The Lady Bone Demon let her go the first time. There's no telling what will happen this time around, if she won't let her go or if she will like last time. We don't have to resort to the last possible option right away. We can... we can try different things to get her back first... right?

Dragon girl is right, loathe as I am to admit it. There are OTHER ways to separate the host from the puppeteer. Last time it wasn't too likely because Bai He was possessed for a long time. However, even if she gets possessed this time around, it would probably be much easier to remove her from that witch's grasp.

We won't need to resort to such extremes unless something else happens that makes it impossible for us to safely remove Bai He from the Lady Bone Demon. For the time being we can only aspire that if it comes down to it, we can separate them without harming Bai He. However, if something spirals out of our control and we can't... we'll cross that line when we're there. But we're not, not yet.

didnt realize i hadnt posted this!! have some chimerashipping angst with red son. i hc that she gets triggered by unexpected loud noises, so one night when everyone was sleeping something crashes, triggering them. So his partners try to comfort her until she feels better.
