Elements of Machine Design by Virgil Moring Faires is definitely one of the most used books I had while studying mechanical engineering. It gave me a great share of headaches, and sleepless nights, although I admit to enjoy it!
Machine Design is also one of the major subjects of Mechanical Engineering. Even when I am not in uni anymore, its lessons and theories are still very important in life that is why I take it upon myself to review every now and then.
081720 || I started a course on renewable energy on coursera (its my first time!!). Aside from that I've been enjoying myself learning spanish.
08032020 || my country is back in ecq folks. That means my chances of getting back to work is slim. I have been thinking about what I should do at these times. But for now, I distract myself by reading college books. Right now I made a study plan to go through Powerplant Engineering by Frederick T. Morse.
So this is my morning, sitting on the floor with my coffee, unshaven legs, and trying to read about the 3d software we use for work
11162020 || practicing my Autocad skills while im not doing anything
11152020 || my boyfriend bought me pens! I have been checking out the pilot hi-tec-c coleto for a while, and some local gel pens that i wanted to try. He also added a blue pilot juice since he knows that its one of my fave (second to the g2). Pens are defo my guilty pleasure! I could spend hours in a stationery store and just enjoy looking and testing pens.
I started working as a piping designer after i graduated and got my mechanical engineering license. I'm still new in the industry so ever since the quarantine, i try to review/study more about piping and about the 3d model software we use for work.
Here is my afternoon snack.
