Well, I think it’s about time that I addressed something.

By this time, I’d basically become a lone Hunter, continuing the usual stuff without a fireteam for about two months.

I was still taking pictures here and there but not as often.

Let’s face it.  A fireteam without a fireteam . . . isn’t a fireteam, hah.

And while I was doing alright on my own, I lost motive to put stuff on the blog.

This was meant to be for my group after all, not just me.

A few times the thought crossed my mind to archive the blog and retire from the busy life of being a Guardian like the rest of my fireteam had.

BUT!

I didn’t want to abandon the adventure right away, so I stuck around and started looking for a new fireteam.

That said, I updated the fireteam post to include the recent changes.

And I’ll make a new fireteam post when I find a new group.

Lone Hunter

Ava had been tracking, her nose to the ground, her tail up. She was focused, but she was aware of her surroundings. So, when she heard the snap of twigs behind her, she hopped up, and turned around, her lip curling slightly, just as a warning  that if someone was sneaking up on her, she knew they were there. “You know, it’s not smart to try and sneak up on a wolf..” she commented, taking a seat, and sniffing the air, trying to capture her shadow’s scent.

New Chapter

I am at once both the water and the stars.

My office today is the neighborhood cafe where they are cranking Neil Young’s Helpless out of the speakers. Perfect. Three days from now I will hop on a plane and embark on my first solo tour supporting, Lone Hunter.

Last year at this time I was telling you about the record that was to made.

It is a wonderful feeling to see a project completed. To have grown in ways you never thought possible.

It is a new chapter, in more ways than one.

I completed my run as a Trisha this fall. We travelled many miles together and I will remain forever grateful to have had that experience.

It is now time to sing my own songs. To explore this new path. To continue pushing, continue growing.
