EPIC: Diamond Cutter Mask: This mask once belonged to one of the infamous Diamond Cutters, a gift to Tangle from Whisper. It gives the user a +1 to ranged attacks and perception checks. It also comes with a night vision mode, allowing for the user to see in the dark. 

LEGENDARY: Elastic Whip: This strange whip, appears to have a large fist on the end of it. When employed the whip can stretch itself to almost any length, and counts as a monk weapon. When used by a Monk the Whip can be used to deal its Unarmed damage, giving you both range and high damage. It has a special attack which can be activated once per day, allowing you to grapple a foe with advantage. Once grappled the target must succeed a strength save with disadvantage to break free. When not in use this whip counts as a buckler, which can be worn on the arm.

It confers advantage to all stealth checks and, a acts like light combat armor in battle. It does not restrict ones movements either, and is highly resistant to heat and cold giving one advantage on any environmental weather checks.  EPIC: Diamond Cutter Mask: This Mask once belonged to the Famous Angel of the Battlefield, also known as Whisper. It gives the wearer various vision modes, telescopic sight, and has a full tactical read out inside the mask. It confers a +1 to all ranged attacks, in addition by spending an action concentrating you can increase this bonus by +1, you can stack this effect up to 5 times. The Mask counts as a light combat helm giving the wearer a +1 AC.

LEGENDARY: Variable Wispeon, This unique rifle is a one of a kind item and may well be considered an Artifact of a new age. It counts as a long raged heavy sniper rifle requiring two hands to wield properly. The Wispon requires a Wisp (Vanity Pet) in order to use. The Damage of the weapon is increased by the Affection rating of the Wisp, in addition you may swap the wisp within the weapon as a free action. Each Wisp will change the Wispeon’s fuction and form depending on the equipped Wisp.

COMMON: Hair Band, a simple hair band to tie your hair up with, this one seems to be made of a stronger material for a thicker kind of hair. Possibly used to tie up ‘quills ‘ rather then hair.  RARE: Elemenatal Core(Lightning), a Rare Crafting Material used in legendary level weapon upgrades.  EPIC: Jar of Viral Compound: A Strange jar filled with a silvery substance, that seems to writhe about in the Jar. applying this substance to any wound, will allow the user to heal 10 hp per round, for the next 24 hours. It can regrow organs, repair crushed tissue, but can not replace lost limbs. As long as this effect is active the user if killed the user will return to life once there hp is above Zero.

LEGENDARY: Dynamo Cage, This artifact when is powerless when first acquired, however it allows the user to ‘ capture ‘ by force or by stealing any Wips they encounter. For each Wisp absorbed increase the users electrical special attack by 50%. You may not capture more then one of the same type of wisp, and once capture you acquire that wisps special moves to add to your own. WARNING! each wisp capture, increases your INSIGHT rating, once insight reaches a critical level nightmare monsters will begin to spawn. These entities can only be hurt and seen by the wearer of this artifact.

((Pfff. Yeah, I’d say the scalpel is a good drop for him. A small weapon able to inflict precise cuts on the enemy, inflicting bleed. Can be covered in poison or simply blood or feces to inflict a status effect on the struck enemy.))
