I think it's important to acknowledge that Gacha games and games with lootboxes are real gambling, and that gambling can be a very money-sapping slippery slope.

But I also think it's important to let adults be adults.

If a bunch of adults want to enjoy gacha games, it shouldn't be up to some other worrywort or puritan to take it from them in the stead that they could become gambling addicts. It's the same perspective I have on alcohol, smoking, NSFW games, and NSFW subscriptions.

I understand if you hate gacha games and think they shouldn't be marketed towards teens, or want to spread awareness about gacha gambling but... I can't take a desperate post seriously when it's begging grown people to quit gacha games because gambling bad

I recently made a cute print design for Marc Sparwel (https://twitch.tv/sc_sudo ) 's mascot Looti with character designbased on the game Star Citizen! I have designed him a few years ago and Marc came back with the request to illustrate a scene of Looti finding a lootbox on a planet. he loved how it came out!
