Our dispatched turf artist has reportedly sent us the latest illustrated observed behaviors of named creature "Cartoon Cat".

Due to lighting conditions, the received data appears to be of slightly poor quality,that has thankfully been ameliorated by recent technology. However it is obvious that our artist, when exposed to "Cartoon Cat" mind-breaking behavior, seem to have begun to lose their sanity. There might also have been some major trauma involved, as the bottom right drawing seems to report the graphic death of our dispatched reporter, sent with them. It is unknown if our artist is still alive at the moment, as "Cartoon Cat" seems to have somewhat of an indulgence for graphic artists, or else we wouldn't have received this document.

At least we have some written data. And the evidence that "Cartoon Cat" enjoys illustrated exposure.

(P.S.: the top right drawing seems to portray a sequence of fighting between the creature and its recently acquired 'partner' known as "Bianca" or "Toon Child", a scene our artist described as 'playful fighting', despite its obvious extreme violence.

The creature is seen shape-shifting into its various associated 'Cartoon Creatures'. It is theorizing that "Cartoon Cat" might be the creator of all existing Cartoon Creatures, or even, which would be preferable, that there is only "Cartoon Cat", and all other spotted Creatures are just "Cartoon Cat" shape-shifting.)

[After a considerably long while of silence radio from our associate, it would seem that we finally get more Cartoon Cat related content.]

Cartoon Cat is definitely one for irony, and would sometimes shapeshift into a regular looking cat.

At first sight, it looks like a rather small cat, with black oily-looking very short fur, except for his front paws which are a detonating white, much like regular Cartoon Cat's gloved cartoon hands. This cat's eyes, however, appear to be red-ish, from dried blood maroon (not too shocking) to bright red. They are also usually dilated. Its teeth and mouth are the most disturbing part, as its teeth are noticeably stained with blood, and its mouth seems to be just a little too... large.

However, it's who takes the time and closeness to notice all those details who is already doomed for.

[////Altercation_Description] : Cartoon Cat use this form to get close to unsuspecting victims. Showing all the typical behaviours of a regular tamed cat, it would meow and chirp and respond to pet invitations, to the point of getting in direct physical contact with its prey. It will go as far as to try and climb on the victim, usually aiming for the back, specifically the neck.

The victim, by this point, will usually coo over the "cat"'s familiarity, and baby talk it during physical contact ; to which the cat will then respond by audibly talking with a distorted voice and flashing a human-like bloody smile. After savoring its prey's horrified processing, it will then reveal its true form while grasping the terrified victim from where it could get (crushing their hand or head in case of petting or ensnaring their neck like a snake if it could climb it) and laughing maniacally, before proceeding to tear the victim apart. When interacting with the entity known as Bianca Drew, it seems to use this form as a way of personal entertainment, such as using her for easy transportation, humor her or to profit of her body warmth more efficiently. (It is theorized that Cartoon Cat is unable to produce its own warmth, and would, as a cat would, profit from others's body warmth, usually from its freshly killed prey.)

While "Bianca" appears to be generally bothered by her partner's "humoring", she seems to tolerate most of it, as the preceding and following illustrations suggests. She would even, in some circumstances, play on it at one's depends.

Cartoon Cat remains however desiring to maintain his frightful reputation and doesn't use this technique publicly that often. It is, however, always vital to watch out for its deceptions, as this entity is of the most unpredictable and sadistic.

So to all forces to be dispatched on "Cartoon Cat"'s territory : Never let your guard down, for anything. Ever.

This is not worth the risk.

On the topic of shapeshifting : Bianca can't really shapeshift, at least definitely not as well and spontaneously as Cartoon Cat can. She's still very learning the Toon way of life, can't really blame her for being uncomfortable with putting her body through these conditions. She's too self-conscious about that, changing yourself in a cow or whatever doesn't come naturally. Though she does master the art of the ink blot.

Although she DOES have a way of compensating when she really wants to musically parodise someone or when Cartoon Cat is really being a dick. ...I mean... Sorta.

Greetings once again, Peritania. It is past time for another log, and for this occasion, we have chosen a topic that demands immediate attention, given its importance in our culture:

The Navy of the Argent Pact

At current writing, the Pact Navy consists of seventy-two individual forward action groups, further split evenly between two types - carrier groups and line groups. Each group is formed from five vessels; three destroyers, one strike cruiser, and one capital-grade warship which acts as the group leader, the vessel type depending on the group designation.

A carrier group is self-explanatory, being a unit centred around a single Achaeln-class carrier and its fighter complement. These groups tend to operate defensively, focused on protecting the carrier as it deploys its fighters and allows them to dispatch the opponent.

A line group, on the other hand, is centred around an Echaeleon-class battlecruiser, and tend toward more aggressive tactics, relying on the firepower of the group leader to make quick, sharp advances through an enemy line, hence the name.

Besides these, however, there are also a number of defence flotillas, patrol frigate groups, and other units for the express purpose of defending our space. The largest such group is the Homeworld Defence Fleet, normally split into two sub-fleets, Group Prima and Group Secunda, which defend Ardent Prime and Kalteron respectively.

In standard operation, each individual vessel in a forward action group operates under a commander, which answer to the single fleet-commander in overall command of the group. In larger fleets, several fleet-commanders will liaison through a single chosen representative, usually the officer with the most experience in the given situation, who presides over the entire fleet.

The smaller defence flotillas and patrol groups meanwhile are typically without organic staff, and each force is led instead by a Mainframe unit installed with advanced command packages.

[LORE LOG] Joanna: Discipline Captain

After Joanna had finished coping with the sudden appearance of her stand, she thought the best way to use it would be to redirect it to those who actually deserve to be punished. Most people were already scared of her but she would like to not just be known as that crazy kid. So she decided to join the Disciplinary Committee at her school, and she was the only one that took her job seriously.

Most would use their position for benefits or at worst abuse it to get what they wanted. Joanna made short work of that as she used it as a means to discipline and temper herself. With good favor of the teachers and principle, she rose up the ranks and went from rookie to the captain in a few years.

Joanna also loved the uniform, that was one benefit she abused and only abused. She hated the skirts and soft outfits the girls wore, she much prefer the male style uniform. Her uniform consisted of the black pants and dress shoes, and the yellow shirt underneath but she replaced the jacket with her favorite by the time she became captain.

It really did help her with getting the handle on her stand powers while also not being seen as a delinquent by everyone. She also felt proud of herself when her father brought up that she was just like his maternal father figure who had passed away when he was young.
