I like to headcannon that Keith does not have the DNA to go full Galra, but can develop trats. We saw that when Keith had Quintessence spilled on his hand it turned purple but that was with the help of Direct contact. I think over time he would be able to develop smaller galra features naturally for example

The white of his eyes might start looking yellow (we saw this in his fight with Shiro) he may be able to see in the dark way better but that might affect how he sees in the light Idk.

His canines will likely grow longer.

He'll likely be taller than a regular human, with a stronger build.

I don't know if his hearing will be better or not because I don't think the shape of his ears would change.

And his fingernails will be stronger, maybe not claws, but thicker than human nails.
