I saw this poster, and it seemed nice, and I waited for the right moment to post this.
Anyway, property to Nickelodeon and Viacom International, Inc., et cetera.
Hello everyone - today is #nationalcandycornday 🙌 @theloudhouse
A picture is worth a thousand words, right? Well my thoughts on this episode are worth all that's typed out here!
I love it whenever I get another episode to talk about, cause watching this show is a gift in and of itself! Yes, it's time to look into the episode "Present Tense", and funnily enough it isn't "picture themed" like I thought. Let's jump right in, shall we?
Inside the dining room of Casa Loud, we see the kids working on scrapbook for their dear old dad. It's his birthday, and the siblings couldn't be happier for it! All seems to be going well, but when Lori gets a photo sent to her showing what Carol Pingrey (yes, she's still around!) did for her dad's birthday, the kids start having doubts that their gift isn't good enough for Papa Loud. So now, the Loud siblings set out to find the perfect present, and give Lynn Sr. a wonderful birthday! Maybe Leni has an idea on where to go...
I swear, getting a gift for someone can be so hard to think of, yet so easy to do. The kids certainly tend to rush headlong into making birthdays meaningful in some way, and oh wow this episode shows that pretty well. Searching all around looking for a good present, while bringing in some nice running gags along the way; it's simple, yet effective at the same time. Their hearts are in the right place, but wow does it backfire on them quick (no thanks to Flip on top of all that lol). But the ending moments was more than heartwarming, and it capped off the episode rather well. I loved it, and it feels great to see the siblings work together.
Also, I really digged the cameo appearance! Good choice!
Well then, last up on this batch of episode is "Any Given Sundae", a Lily episode everybody! It's the baby's time to shine, and I got a real sweet tooth for it! Until next time!!!
