Something something Louis & Florence vs Louis & Claudia.

Louis going from son & brother to head of household. Sitting at the end of the table, opposite of Florence, where their father sat. Now his mother’s husband, father to his siblings. Louis having to shed his former familial role and don a new one to keep them afloat.

just woke up!! and i had the most painful sweet dream where the trial didn't get to happen and instead armand grew a backbone and ran with louis and claudeleine. i don't remember too much but it was mainly just louclaudia moments on the run, like their europe tour but less stressful and more like an actual vacation. they were just running around and having fun!

i woke up right after claudia managed to somewhat control the fire gift for the first time after she'd been practecing for weeks, and everyone was so proud of her! but in my dream the focus was on armand cause the armand and claudia dynamics are eating my brain always obviously, and he had this massive proud grin on his face and he did this deep bow, all big movements and dramatics, ever the theatre kid, praising her and it was all just so incredibly sweet 🥹

Louis screaming at Claudia that she left him first, she picked the coven over him and trying so hard to believe that their relationship is equal, that they owe eachother equally...

"Go sit in your choice, sister. Go sit in it"

And then, his subconcious, through Dreamstat, reminding him that their relationship is not equal. That he has failed her again and again and again, while she stood by him. And that even if she hadn't, even if she had and has done everything wrong, even if she left him first, he bears a responsibility to look out for her and look after her, because, after all, she is not really, truly his sister...
