Today I got so PISSED at my religious Christian school because we were learning about the history of technology and computers and there wasn’t a single mention of Alan Turing, THE LITERAL FATHER OF COMPUTER SCIENCE, most likely because he was gay.

Because of this, I walked around school all day loudly and enthusiastically talking about yoga to everyone I know since according to my sports teacher, Christians aren’t supposed to do yoga.

JUST A WORD OF WARNING

People in the UK (or farther afield tbf), be careful when buying kpop or anime merch from the site "Kuuru Pop". So far I've ordered 4 things from that site, and whilst 2 of them turned up within literally like 2 days and in great condition, I've had two things that haven't appeared at all, and the company does NOT reply to emails or anything - They're genuinely IMPOSSIBLE to contact, and it's not just a one off thing either. The exact same has honestly happened to 2 friends and whilst trying to find other ways of contacting them, I came across reviews that said the exact same thing... I'm not saying DON'T buy from them - tbh they're the quickest way to get stuff if you live in the UK, and when stuff DID turn up it was great. But reeeaaaally be careful and think about it - if there's a problem with your product or it simply doesn't turn up, you won't be able to get help or a refund or ANYTHING. It's ridiculous and awful so be wary guys.

I would just like to make a post about people who think it’s cool to lie about getting sniped to get extra Pokemon.

Someone with an IGN I won’t expose (this time) came to me saying they got sniped by someone who wasn’t me, so naturally I let them redeposit. Upon seeing their next deposit I thought maybe I’d seen that person before but I wasn’t 100% positive so I went to trade them anyway. I looked through my boxes and saw that I had a Pokemon from that OT already but was like “ah, coincidence possibly” because sometimes people deposit Pokemon with different OTs than their IGN etc.

Then they messaged me a third time, saying they got sniped again. By this time I’ve traded everyone out of the GTS so I’m really conscious of the deposits when there are only 1 or 2. I open the GTS to see a person, with the same trainer icon, same IGN and probably location that I traded just before. I also checked and they’re in my Acquaintances list so I’ve definitely traded them before. I suppose I could have checked the first time it happened but unfortunately on my part I didn’t.

I know that part of this is my fault for not being so aware of everyone that I trade. I’m a really generous person and do everything and go out of my way to get people their Pokemon, bending my own rules sometimes to do so. It’s extremely rude to take advantage of someone’s giveaways to get an extra Pokemon when you could easily just ask. And it’s even worse to do it more than once.

I’m really offended that this happened and I’m pretty mad about it and I’m not one to raise a fuss about things easily but this kind of pushes it. I’m lenient with rules all the time and I had a feeling eventually someone would try to take advantage of that but I’m still bummed out. I really don’t want to tighten up my rules but I will if I have to.
