Who puts everything on himself even when it's not his fault, she sees right through that strong persona and knows just what to say to get to him because she's known him since he was little. She helped raise him.

King of Wands: Leadership, Vision, Optimism

I picked the King of Wands card for Luida because of its association with positive leadership. When we meet her, she and her people on ship 3 are working behind the scenes, unbeknownst to anyone on the planet, to contact Earth and get help. As the story goes on we see her come out of the shadows, coordinating relief efforts during the Chaos, spearheading a rescue mission to get Vash off the Ark, and finally taking her place in the ‘war room’ with the planet’s other leaders during the final battle. While the residents of ship 3 are the people she’s directly responsible for, the initiatives she leads are often those that would benefit humans as a whole. She very much sees the big picture and is doing what she can to create a better future for everyone.
