Not Too Worried About William lol
You know what? I'm not really bothered of worrying about William trying to be Kara's love interest because he won't mount up to it (no offense lol).
First off Kara and Lena's color scheme just matches with each other (Kara's Blue and Lena's Red=Their Purple bisexual selves lol)
Lena managed to save Kara so many times. Both as Kara Danvers and Supergirl without even knowing it.
I mean hell Lena met Kara's mom (even Mon El did as well but he's not important just making a point lol). I bet William will never have that opportunity lol.
Hell even the new guy Claude (Silas, our lonely gay vampire XD) ships Supercorp but isn't saying anything Lol #supportmatters! I do need Silas to interact with Lena at some point to bond over their loss loved ones (fingers crossed)
Also, if Kara were to reveal herself to William, it will be so stupid because why they just didn't have her do it with Lena in the late season 3 or early season 4? So yeah that will totally be unacceptable.
To be honest, they barely interacted with each other last season
And let's be honest, Kara probably push herself to interact with William since she couldn't be near Lena anymore (lets not forget that she wanted to cancel her date with William by asking Alex to do it for her indirectly)
While she was nervous about her lunch date with Lena, you didn’t hear her telling Alex to cancel it. Quite the opposite, she wanted it to be perfect but is afraid she will mess it up somehow, which gives us that nice scene with her LITERALLY FLYING TO PARIS, MILAN, AND DUBLIN! (Also, I wont forgive the CW for having the Superfriends get food just to waste it! Like seriously they never eat! How are they still alive?! lol)
Plus, didn't Melissa said that Kara haves love interests in this final season? Lol that was hinting at Lena. And as the great Kara Danvers once said: “UGH! *clenches chest* My OTP!” Here’s me clowning again XD hahahaha
Now I think William could be an interesting character if they didnt focus on trying to make him Kara’s love interest. That’s what made Melissa and Katie have such amazing amount of chemistry with their characters. The writers didnt force us to like them, it was their instant connection that made everyone drawn to them and can relate to them so much that their wellbeing literally take a toll on our lives like they are our best friends or something lol
