Lunch Fail
So I got to work and realized that I am an idiot, because I packed by tuna salad but I completely forgot by bread for my sandwich. And I could eat the tuna salad plain, but I really didn’t want to do that. So I had a mid-morning snack of peanut butter crackers, and luckily I had some frozen dinners at work so I didn’t have to go buy some fast food. The fast food would have definitely tasted better though.
I had some Tai Pei spicy korean noodles with chicken. First of all there’s only like four pieces of chicken in here. And there’s carrots, which I’m not a big fan of carrots to begin with, but the taste of these carrots mixed with these spicy noodles was just horrendous! I only ate half and have thrown the rest away. I ended up eating a snack pack of cookies, only 200 calories, and that was my lunch. Hopefully dinner is better.
I don’t feel like I’m doing the best so far, but I also don’t feel like I’m doing the worst. So far I’ve made some good choices and also some bad ones. But I WILL get better and lose this weight.
