thinking of luther keeping all his snow globes lined up on his desk back at the IMF, keeping them dusted, giving them the occasional shake to remember ethan

thinking of ethan finally returning after whatever crazy thing he's been sent to do and seeing all of these snow globes he'd bought and shipped and not fully expected that luther would want, or even like, much less keep-- but seeing them here, organized neatly by date received and obviously cared for... well. luther doesn't ask ethan if he's teary-eyed, which he's grateful for, because he thought that the job had trained it out of him but sometimes his eyes still surprise him.
