thinking of ethan buying luther shitty snow globes from wherever far-off corner of the globe he's sent to on the rare missions they're not together
thinking of luther keeping all his snow globes lined up on his desk back at the IMF, keeping them dusted, giving them the occasional shake to remember ethan
thinking of ethan finally returning after whatever crazy thing he's been sent to do and seeing all of these snow globes he'd bought and shipped and not fully expected that luther would want, or even like, much less keep-- but seeing them here, organized neatly by date received and obviously cared for... well. luther doesn't ask ethan if he's teary-eyed, which he's grateful for, because he thought that the job had trained it out of him but sometimes his eyes still surprise him.
i dont know how to end this but. yeah. them.
Mon mothma was born into a family of politicians. She dreamed of being a historian, to study how civilizations rise and fall throughout time. It wasn’t until shortly after she realized in order to help keep her civilization alive she’d have to enter the family business.
Luthen is able to give her something she lost long ago, a taste of history while at the same time having that same drive to do everything it takes to not repeat history.
