Okay but imagine if tuffnut DID turn into a lycanwing. Hiccup would have to do the hand thing and train him so he don’t eat everyone and being that hiccup trained him I feel like he would mostly be with hiccup during his time that he’s a lycanwing he would still have a little awareness as to who everyone was if he was half human and half lycanwing so he would also stick by his sisters side until he changed back, ruffnut having to deal with him destroying everything in sight in their hut and eventually having to get hiccup to get him to stop and tuffnut actually listening to hiccup and feeling bad that he did something wrong (I feel like any dragon feels like that if their rider/someone they like tells them they did something wrong) so hiccup has to give him pets or maybe scratches? After to make him feel better. Ruffnut would think it’s funny that he was turned into a dragon but would also feel bad for him and try to stay by him as much as possible.

I feel like snotlout would act like he’s annoyed by him but secretly he would think it’s cool that he got to turn into a dragon and he would be a little jealous but he would like tuffnut even more and try to spend some time with him when he’s a lycanwing but hookfang would get jealous tuffnut knows this so he tries to stay away (cause imagine if he could talk to the other dragons while he was a lycanwing and he can understand them???? That would be so cool)

he would try to go hangout with fishlegs and obviously fishlegs is gonna wanna study him being excited about a new and completely different dragon species who’s half human tuffnut would probably get annoyed with fishlegs measurements and study’s of him and making it difficult for fishlegs to do all his studies Meatlug would have to help calm him.

He would probably try to stay away from Astrid since he didn’t wanna make her mad with whatever he could get himself into as a dragon he once got into her hut and his tail knocked over some her weapons she was furious because those were her good weapons so she called hiccup to get tuffnut who hid behind hiccup while he talked to Astrid and tried to calm her down but Astrid would also think it’s cool that he’s a dragon and hang out with him outside of her hut.

The dragons would love that one of the riders can now talk to them and understand them and give them messages to tell their riders when he changes back and tuffnut doing his best to remember everything he would love hanging out with barf and belch finally being able to talk to his dragon so he would spend a lot of his time with the dragons.

Hiccup would stay with him when everyone had enough and needed a break from him (including the dragons because he talks ALOT) so when that happens he would stay in hiccups hut either sleeping next to him or next to toothless on the floor or just sleeping with hiccup on the bed feeling safe being by hiccup (because all dragons love hiccup) his wings would get in the way but he would eventually figure out how to manage them hiccup wouldn’t try to train him to much just training him enough so he don’t hurt anyone and wouldn’t be to destructive letting him do whatever else he wants feeling bad training him since he’s also their friend. Tuffnut would probably have hiccup and ruffnut stay with him the nights he transformed since the transformation can be painful and they would do their best to comfort him. We were robbed of lycanwing tuffnut but it makes sense that the writers wouldn’t actually have him turn into a dragon. Let me know if there’s anything you would add to this!

but I never see posts about lycanwing tuffnut in HTTYD 2 if Drago’s bewilder beast would take control over tuffnut?

If that were too happen do you think Lycanwing Tuffnut would only be somewhat controlled by Drago’s bewilder beast or would he be fully controlled by it? Or would Tuff be immune to the control all together?

Okay so idk if anyone else has seen this but there’s this trend (I think?) going around on TikTok where it’s the song let down by radiohead and everyone’s drawing the riders and their dragons for the part that says “and one day I am gonna grow wings “ and I’ve seen almost all riders and I just seen the twins but what I need to see is Tuffnut but when you turn the Paige it’s him as a lycanwing for the part that says “I am gonna grow wings” i would draw it but I’m not artistic enough for that (I can barely draw a stick figure )
