Chronic pain is a bitch. Add on chest and head pain and it’s your worst school bully.
Natural Tick Spray:
•5-7 drops geranium rose oil*
•5-7 drops eucalyptus oil*
•2 tbsp witch hazel****
•4 tbsp water
Combine ingredients in glass spray bottle (preferably darker color like amber). Screw lid on tightly and shake.
——————— Well, if the world doesn’t feel on fire enough, it’s also tick season. I’ve been using this spray on my clothes and boots when I go hiking for a few years, and it’s work pretty well! It’s still important to be checking for ticks anytime you’re in long grass or the woods (and wear long pants and socks). This is for humans- -do not spray geranium rose oil on dogs!

*a quick note about essential oils: EO’s come from high quantities of plant material, which means it makes a lot of plant to make tiny amounts of oil. For this reason, I personally try to limit EO’s in my herbal practice for this reason or dilute them whenever possible.
****someone has suggested that the high-proof alcohol works more effectively.
Some artwork for my good old buddies, Ballarat's own LYMES band. Their EP 'INDEX' available now through Polaks records, France.
Quick Reminder!
With summer and warmer weather coming up (at least where I live) remember to wear extra sunblock if you're on antibiotics!
I've gotta sunburn three times since its warmed up and I was only out in the sun for a few hours. In the past it would take a long day at the beach or working outside to burn me at all but now it only takes two hours.
Last year I got second degree burns on my shoulders, back, arms, and neck from not wearing sunscreen and at the time I was only on one antibiotic, I'm in two now.
Most bottles will have a warning label on them along with any other warnings.
Stay safe this summer and enjoy the sun (carefully).
Today I’m so fatigued to the point where I have to continuously push through work. I don’t want to do anything, I don’t want to even move.
Mind seems worse today again ....
Not sure bad as Friday but. What is going on. What do I do
