Eddie Munson Ref Part 2

Holy shit. Remember when I made a giant reference post for Eddie Munson? And then I said I’d add on to it, but didn’t because there was a limit to how much a single post could hold? And then never made a second one?
Well! Here it is! Finally!
The old post is getting attention again, assumably because of the impending Season 5, and I actually felt the push to throw this together 🤘🏻
There really wasn’t a lot more I felt like I could add after so many other fans had done their own homework, and costuming/crew members released more info. But! I still got messages asking about other pieces to Eddies’s outfit.
The bracelet and watch were definitely less noticeable pieces in my opinion, but cool nonetheless. I couldn’t find anything brand specific on the bracelet, but still looked up some stuff on styles for notes. The watch was easy to figure out with minimal digging: a Casio! (I think I had found a Reddit comment with a big compilation on brand names to most of his accessories (this was something I found after I made the first post)) Again, hardcore cosplayers and artists can find similar models still being made today, or opt for their own personal touch.

A few people were really getting on me about the belt buckle; unfortunately Amy doesn’t go into more detail or drop any other brand names other than that of the jackets and shoes. I’m surprised by the fact she doesn’t talk about the rings or other accessories at all in the video, but considering I had all ready done as much digging and compiling as what I had before that video had come out, I’m not even mad lol.
A quick search for the buckle found me a Bergamont. Amy mentions the bandana is “custom vintage”; there are plenty to find from independent printers on Etsy, EBay, and so on.
And last but not least…!
Eddie’s guitar pick necklace! Not shown off much in the series, but like all his accessories, it adds to the character, the wholeness of Eddie. Pretty easy for any cosplayer to get nowadays.
I’m currently rewatching the whole series before season 5 drops in November. I’m surprised at how excited I am to watch it again… I’ve been hardcore burnt out on drawing the last few months, but I have been writing a bunch instead lately. I’ve been fixated on Demon Slayer/Gyutaro still, but I actually took a break to dust off an old Eddie fic I had started way back when. I’m excited and sad to see him again 😩🥹😢😭
