I gotta ask mauv and Ann meeting how do you think that would go?

I feel like it quickly becomes clear that they are from different universes (perhaps we’ll do a crossover chapter someday😏) both because Maev knows about how the timeline is originally supposed to be and also because I personally feel like they’re both smart enough to figure it out within a few minutes of knowing each other.

If I’m being honest Ann would probably try to adopt Maev if she met her early enough because she’s literally only like two years younger than law or smth like that. They’d have a lot to bond over, since Ann is from a different universe I feel like she’d probably tell Ann about her future knowledge and instead of just passing it off like oh yeah I get visions sometimes she’d probably tell her the truth

You decide to take a stroll through the woods one morning, taking a different path than you usually do. As you walk, you notice a small stream of smoke above the trees.  There is no scent of fire, nothing burning.  Curious, you walk towards it.

The smoke leads to the chimney of a small cabin with a very steep roof covered in moss and grass.  In front of it is a garden of strange plants and flowers, bushes of berries, and some fun shaped and colored mushrooms. There are small signs throughout the garden as well, but you can’t see what they say from where you stand – just behind a short wooden fence.  There is a gap where a gate would have gone, but it is lacking the door.  A larger sign is next to you that, should you decide to/if you can read it, says “Herbal Potions, Teas, and Charms”.

There appears to be someone near the lake not far off, but the view is mostly obscured by a large tree. Do you enter, or do you keep walking?
