Episode eighty five, Upon the stair. This one occupies a similar place in my heart to mag 29, with the victim being transformed into a monster (very subtle, Elias). The aesthetic is on point, very intriguing

TMA What We Know -[85]- Upon The Stair
pre-statement:
[none]
--STATEMENT--
-unknown statement from unknown statement giver on unknown date
-guy didn't see a man who wasn't on his stares
-guy wanted to go to bed but the lack of a man on the stairs didn't block his path
-cannot describe the man who isn't there and doesn't exist
-staircase is now an Infinite Stairs Void
-eventually he wakes up in bad, so I guess he got out of the Infinite Stairs Void
-one day he tells the man who isn't there to go away. horrible mistake. now out guy is the man who doesn't exist and isn't on the stairs
-his parents come over and his father straight up dies from trying to climb the Infinite Stairs Void. his mother might be dying too.
-somehow his father came back to life and left the house. dunno how that works.
-the man who didn't exist now exists, but since he's five trillion years old he dies of old age on the spot
post-statement:
-Eric Delano typed out this statement
-Jon's trying really hard to find morals and lessons in the statements delivered to him
-Georgie's not happy that another statement was delivered
-Georgie's going on a date <3 just to have company while eating Hungarian food
-and later on she's gonna get drinks with Melanie <3
So I found the poem Antigonish in Tanya Kennedy’s twitter when I was playing Who’s Lila the other day and I was like oh shit, hi, poem from one of my favorite Magnus archives episodes. Fancy seeing you here
