Robson Michel, Sheila from Dungeons & Dragons with her cloak of invisibility
Im on Chapter Dec. 31st of Emily Wilde's Compendium of Lost Tales, and Wendell...love...
IF YOURE GOING TO SEW A BEASTIE BOI THAT EATS PEOPLE INTO YOUR CLOAK, IT SEEMS LIKE COMMON COURTESY TO KNOW WHAT MANNER OF BEAST IT IS!!!!
And this fae prince thinks he can run a kingdom, honestly...
Penumbra’s Shadow
Wondrous Item, uncommon
“This cloak is made with a prismatic thread that allows it to bend light through, or around it. The magic held within is enough to fool the eyes of those who perceive into thinking they’re seeing shadows.”
While wearing this cloak, you have Advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) and Dexterity (Sleight of Hand) checks, and you can attempt to Hide as a Bonus Action.
Shadow’s Guile. When a creature succeeds on a Wisdom (Perception) or Intelligence (Investigation) check to perceive you, you may choose to have them fail instead. Once you use this property, you cannot use it again until the next dawn. ~ ~ ~

They see through your magic cloak -- Spell Law was full of charts and tables for spell effects usable with Rolemaster, including some full page random critical damage tables that often found their way into D&D house rules (Gail McIntosh cover for 2nd edition, Iron Crown Enterprises, 1984)
Coat of Whispers Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement)
This dark coat makes no sound and wearing it gives you advantage on all stealth checks. In addition, while you stand in shadows and don’t move, you are considered invisible. Moving or taking an action immediately makes you visible.
Maddening Whispers: The Coat of Whispers has 4 charges. You can expend 1 charge as a free action. When you do so, the air around you fills with the whispers of a dozen overlapping voices, all screaming and begging for freedom. Any creature, who can hear, that starts its turn within 5ft of you must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, they must roll on the short term madness table (DMG pg. 259). The effect of the madness will last as long as the whispers remain active. On a success, they instead take 3d10 psychic damage and are immune to the effects of the coat for the next 24 hours.
The whispers will last until the start of your next turn, but you can keep them going by using another charge.
The Coat of Whispers regains 1d4-1 (minimum of 1) charges at midnight. If you expend all 4 charges roll a d20. On a 1, the coat becomes nonmagical and you gain a unique permanent madness:
Blurred Reality: Your hold on reality isn’t as strong as it once was. Because of this, you have disadvantage on Perception, Insight, and Investigation checks. Paranoia fills you with dread and makes it almost impossible for you to trust anything you see.

Fur cloaks are super cool, we all know it. I’ve mostly lost track of how many of these Replace_All_Spell_Damage items I’ve posted, but I think I’m halfway done.
If anyone actually reads this far and has been keeping up with my posting: I’m still working on the Elemental Weapons, I’m just poorly motivated. They should be ready to drop soon.
Kingkiller Chronicles thoughts: This is probably a silly question, but I've always wondered how Kvothe washes and cleans his shaed (cloak made from light). Does he just use ordinary soap and water, or vinegar? How often does it need to be washed? O_O
A few pics of the daily life of my sims. Magic duels, walking the boar, homework, and HAM.
