How does the Clock Town banker manage to provide you with your entire bank account at a moment's notice if asked, even at six AM of Day One? Neither he or the rupees he stores must come back in time, since all of the ones I happen to carry when turning back time fly out of my wallet (but the wallet itself stays with me...) and are lost in the stream of time.
The Ocarina of Time is the only object that makes sense for staying where it is due to its very nature, and the retconned, sped up opening sequence explicitly showing the possessed Skull Kid not stealing it. Perhaps the banker's safe is made of gold dust, like the Gilded Sword which isn't reverted through time. Many of the masks especially don't make sense to stay in Link's inventory since they have been in the possession of various people for varying lengths of time, their absence at the very least should be concerning.
Back to the banker, if the money isn't coming back in time, what money is he using? Is it from his own pocket, does he have other customers? His entire set-up seems more aimed at children than adults, and considering the relative altruistic tenancies of the only other children in town, the Bombers, I doubt they have deposited even a thousand rupees amongst the six of them.
Not to mention the banker's unusual record keeping method, that mark he initially puts on Link's forehead must be not only for keeping track of customers, but also a live update of what has been added to the collection, a collection that isn't even an accurate count due to time shenanigans. He must be even more forgetful than Anju when he doesn't recognize that a Deku scrub, Goron warrior, Zora musician and Hylian child with a sword all have rather large bank accounts, not to mention the same exact mark.

Shouldn't the people around Termina be at all surprised when instantaneous, and seemingly painful transformations happen in the middle of broad daylight? Or perhaps this is a case like in Oblivion with the Gray Cowl of Nocturnal erasing the existence of the wearer for the duration.
It's no secret that magic masks are a thing in Termina. Pretty much every single mask has a magical property of some sort, but of the twenty-four, only five contain transformations. Of the five, two are of confirmed dead people (three if you count the Deku mask, but considering Mikau's body fades away as the mask forms, why would the Deku child still exist as that tree, unless the tree is NOT the child...) and two others were made by ancient people for specific uses, it seems reasonable they are not well known and rather rare.
If the people are seeing this happen and not react, they are either completely numb to trauma from the face moon, or are so insensitive that they can't even show concern for a child screaming in anguish. If this is like they Gray Cowl, then how are the Great Fairies and Happy Mask Salesman capable of recognizing you? The Great Fairies are clearly not free of time's grasp since they are split into parts at the start of every cycle.
And don't even get me started on how you simultaneously play a song in all four base forms in the Milk Bar for Toto, the Indigo-Go's manager.
How do their masks stay on?
