Dear Gus,

I had my biometric screening this morning. I worried I’d do really poorly on it because I haven’t been in the gym consistently (or basically at all) since September, but I passed with flying colors. Usually I at least fail to have a high enough HDL cholesterol, but I even passed that one. Glory be. 

Dinner at Yiayia and Papou’s tonight, where you and Yiayia and the rest of the Paw Patrol gang used your “magic rope” to save the day over and over.
