Every product is a potion when you add intention. Here are the soft, simple beauty rituals I treat like spells — to attract love, boost confidence, and radiate divine feminine energy.

Each swipe seals the spell — every gloss becomes a charm for attraction and confidence.

My scent is my energy field. I spray perfume like I’m cloaking myself in intention.

• Rose: for romance

• Vanilla: for comfort + allure

• Musk: for power

• Jasmine: for magnetism

I mist it over my heart and say: “This is how I want the world to feel me.”

I spritz it on my face, pillow, or wrists.

🖤 Black - Witchcraft, Protection

Black lipstick is a strong choice. It can be used for a lot of things, especially when it comes to your spirituality. The lipstick will help you with your witchcraft pursuits, such as spells. It's also great for warding and protecting oneself.

❤️ Red - Lust

Red lipstick is a powerful choice. It can be used for lust/desires as well as self-confidence! It's a lipstick colour that's rather versatile. Power and strength within will be highlighted when using this one. A very empowering colour indeed.

🩷 Pink - Love

Pink lipstick is a soft choice. You can use it for almost anything that touches upon love. This is definitely the favourite for self-love but is also rather helpful with love spells and the like.

💜 Purple - Creative expression

Purple lipstick is a very fun choice. It helps you to pull out your creative side and can be used for self-expression spells. It's wonderful for helping expand your comfort zone.

🧡 Orange - Class

Orange lipstick is a classy choice. It may be surprising but a lot of "red" lipsticks in the past that we saw in media, were actually orange. It is an amazing type to use when it comes to bringing in goodness and leaving negativity behind.

💙 Blue - Calming

Blue lipstick is a calming and charming choice. It's lovely for communication spells and communication in general. This colour will help you most when it comes to relaxation and taming those racing and/or wandering thoughts.

💚 Green - Connection to Nature

Green lipstick is a deeply appreciative choice. With this, you're putting a lot of love into all mother nature has to offer. It's funny how an unnatural colour on your lips can connect so well to the natural world, but in my experience, it works! This also works amazingly for money related spells!

🤎 Nude - Self-love

Nude lipstick is a very beautiful personal choice. It brings out the best in yourself. It helps people see the "real" you, and allows them to take all of your quirks and intricacies of your personality in. It's raw, honest and confident.

Hello there! I have a question more about potential things I could try than information.

I’m looking to charm, and or enchant, my makeup (Glamour witch here! I love looking as good as me 😉) and have each item for a specific task and I’d love to hear the different ways I could do that.

I love the idea of using makeup for glamours or charms! I used to do stuff like this when I had more time (and less facial hair lol).

So, if you're asking about types of enchantments for different items I have a few ideas~

Lipstick/gloss enchanted to help you speak eloquently.

or to have people stop and listen to you.

Similarly, you could enchant your lipsticks/glosses for things like protection, confidence, level-headedness, etc!

Eye makeup enchanted to help you see through the bullshit (you never know when this could come in handy lol).

or eye makeup enchanted to keep your "eye on the prize" (focus and motivation).

You could choose the colors of your makeup to correspond with your intent for the day or maybe even to help you with spellwork. This is basically color magic so these correspondences will depend on you and your experiences.

If you work with deities or spirits, you could devote an item to them, similar to how people have jewelry that they wear when they want to honor or feel close to their deities or spirits.

Enchanting your facial cleanser to help you "wash the day away".

I personally use my toner after each time I wash my face and sometimes to refresh my skin throughout the day, so I feel like that would be good for grounding.

Those are just a few ideas off the top of my head, please let me know if you try these out and how it goes! I may even start busting my makeup out again~

Make-Up and Skincare Magic

The art of convenience.

Makeup and magic. Inherently combined, thanks to the history of the treatment of women (although as someone who isn't a woman I love makeup, and not saying it's exclusive to women). Makeup is a disguise, an enhancement, a transformation, a defense, a form of self expression, an art, and a skill.

The most obvious thing here is colour magic. Every colour has a psychological and spiritual connection, some personal and some universal. In the pallet above, for example, we have quite the variety of colours. The black could be seen as protective, the purple as a psychic boost, the gold to bring in finances. That's very simplified and generic, but you get my point. The type of shadow can even have meaning and symbolism behind it (matte, shimmer, metallic, suede). Where you apply it can even have it's own meanings.

Lipstick may let you speak with confidence, eyeshadow might let you "see" things in a certain way, so on and so forth.

The way you apply things can also be magical in nature. If you're someone who uses foundation, sigils can be drawn using it and then blended into the skin. You can also use moisturizer or things of similar consistency.

Speaking of, it's not just makeup.

Skincare has it's own uses.

While it may be a matter of your personal correspondences, or well-known correspondences, skincare is full of ingrediants practitioners will recognize. The type of skincare can have it's own meanings behind it. It doesn't particularly matter, since a lot of magic isn't a stickler on ingrediants (my personal craft just has a focus on it).

Thayers toner isn't great for sensitive skin, which I luckily don't have. The witch hazel base is lovely, and it comes in many different editions. I have the rose edition, because of its connection to glamour magic and beauty in general. I also have quite the heavy bottle of rose water from rosense.

The lotion (it's a liquid, it follows a very old definition of lotion) on the right is divine. I love the smell and what it does for my skin. Again, not great for sensitive skin. I'm a lucky witch since I love scented products. I use this tonique before large rituals.

Some brands have very... interesting products.

Yes this is a rose-scented gloss with rose quartz chips inside. Not just that, but the roller ball is made from rose quartz so it's cool on the lips when you apply it. I was as excited as you can imagine I was. Immediately this was shoved under the moonlight on a friday during the hour of venus. It's one of my favorite products otherwise, actually. But you can find a lot of things like this, thanks to the (mildly painful) increase of mainstream witchcraft.

I hope this wasn't too long of a read, and gave some of you ideas. A lot of things in this manner rely on the witches personal preferences and beliefs, but its definently not something to brush off entirely. Makeup and skincare magic is one of my favorite simple ways of practicing.
